Family room with 1 chair

The family room that I have stayed was not equipped for any kind of family - it had 1 small plank to serve as a table, where nothing would actually fit, and 1 chair. There was no place to hang or put the clothes, so I had to keep all the belongings in the travel bags on the floor. Very inconvenient room.

Once inside the hotel all was perfect, BUT getting in after 11 PM was a nightmare. Did not receive a confirmation email. Rebooked on my phone in front of the hotel. Then received a confirmation email and a payment confirmation from my bank. Had to re insert my credit card in the ATM in front of the hotel and was charged twice.
