When I stay a hotel, I don’t expect too much. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, which are all positives. I could not call from the room to the desk, the room phone did not call down and there was no phone at the art deco leaf tree table/desk. As such, when I went down to ask about unlocking my thermostat to turn on the A/C, I had to go in person. Once downstairs, I was informed that my situation was odd and that a staff member would come up in 20 minutes to take a look (not maintenance because it was already 2240). At 2315, I had to go back down to the ‘desk’ when no one arrived at my room to learn that all the rooms are on a centralized unit and either all rooms are on heat, or all rooms are on A/C, with no in between. The room was hot all night and did not go down even after opening the windows while sleeping. All three of us were hot to the point of breaking a light sweat in the morning. The inability to communicate with the front desk and not being able to control the room temperature (within reason) made the stay rather unpleasant.

no place in the parking, no place in the restaurant, the swimming pool over crowded. when the hotel is almost complete, it is not possible to have access to facilities included in the price.
