Everything from check-in, room, helpful staff, facilities and breakfast was brilliant thank you. Staying for 2 days we decided to book a larger room with the additional facilities which proved very useful. Couldn't give a '10' because room was too hot and the Aircon would not cool room low enough for us, we then had to open all the windows, which unknown till the morning, allowed in a load of mosquitos on the 2nd night (we are still suffering!!). Maybe we should have expected this being only a short distance from the river!

Our air conditioning system allows guests to control the temperature, but we understand that sometimes it may not be enough. We appreciate your feedback and will look into ways to improve this aspect. As for the mosquitoes, we're located in the heart of the Ardennes, which can sometimes lead to encounters with these little critters. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. On the night of our stay there was a power cut just as we were about to use the pool. The staff ( one young lady) was busy making phone calls. There was no explanation as to what was happening or when the power was likely to be turned back on. The room was comfortable, there was a switch missing besides my child’s bed and the wires were just left there.

Lack experience for big groups. Not enough eye for detail.

Overall good experience. Just the check-in was not very professional: took a lot of time and had to go to a another person who was a bit better
