Really nice hotel for a family. We would definitely come back happily! Points to think about... Restaurant menu left something to be desired. The floors still had dust and crumbs after housekeeping. Pool area was very very very wet and slippery. Maybe more drainage or a different tile would be safer. It was so crowded like a wave pool.

We stayed here with 2 kids, it is next to main attractions cave journey and wild safari.We enjoyed 3 nights, pool was Good, overall it was our best stay in belgium, hotel staff is also very helpful.

Bed was comfortable but the room thermostat wasn't working properly, no iron available (!!!!), the restaurant closed on a monday night (not the best for a travelling sales man who doesn't know the area) and have to fill up my own water bottle in the hallway (not exactly the free in room mineral water advertised)
