Beautiful new hotel nice rooms (bit warm airco didn’t work) big parking underground for affordable price. Swimming pool inside. good restaurant/bar with hardworking and friendly staff. Everything in a beautiful area of Belgium

The hotel's location was excellent; however, the reception team lacked the knowledge to provide directions. The check-in process was smooth, and Donna was very friendly. However, the next morning was not a good experience. We left the room around 8 am and informed the receptionist that our baby was unwell and had vomited on the sheets and floor. Despite cleaning the room ourselves, we requested fresh bed sheets as our baby needed to sleep in the afternoon. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not arrive until after 4 pm, which was unacceptable. We repeatedly asked the receptionist, who said they would check the housekeeping schedule, but nothing was done.

The proximity to the Caves of Han is indeed a highlight of our hotel and we're glad you appreciated it. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear about the delay in the cleaning service, especially since your baby needed a clean place to rest. We normally pride ourselves on our daily cleaning, but it seems we missed out this time. As for the fridge, thanks for the warning!
