Unfortunately we arrived on Monday when everything was closed.

On arriving at the hotel after a significant journey we were absolutely delighted to walk into a stunning bar and lounge area and a friendly receptionist. To make it even better we were offered a welcome drinks on arrival as Accor silver status customers. The whole vibe of the hotel was relaxed and stylish. we had a family room with bunk beds and the kids were thrilled with a youtube channel in the room. Small area for kids to chill and roll about in the main fyer, after a long car journey and a lovely looking restaurant and terrace area outside the main bar. We absolutely loved the hotel, we went for a lovely family swim in the pool before breakfast and that and a great breakie set us up for our next journey on our european trip. The village is just lovely and only steps away and we had a great meal out of the hotel although thougt the hotel restaurant looked fab also. Thanks for a great memorable stay.

Very nice room and the hotel looks quite new. The only pity was that there is nothing around to eat on the day we were there.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for a three-day trip. Here are my thoughts: **Pros:** - The hotel is very well located. - The family room was adequate for us (two adults and two children). - The breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations. **Cons:** - The receptionist struggled with English, which was surprising for an Accor chain hotel. I speak and understand French well, but I prefer to use English when with my family so they can follow along. While the guest before us was thoroughly informed about breakfast times, pool location, parking, etc., we were just handed our keys with no further information. - The hotel has a spacious parking, but we were denied access. The same receptionist refused to provide me with parking access for reasons I still don't understand, even though French-speaking guests behind me were given access. When I checked, all five EV parking slots were empty, yet my request to charge my car (which was at 9% battery) was met with anger and unhelpfulness. She even misled me about other charging locations, directing me to the next city when there were charging points just behind the hotel. This confusion ruined our day as we struggled to find parking and charging instead of using the hotel's free garage. - The check-in and check-out times are inconveniently late and early, respectively. The only person who truly helped us and left us happy was Gregory. He is the reason you didn't receive a 1-star rating for our visit. Gregory was very helpful and made our stay pleasant on the second day.
