We had a one night stay at this property arriving late around 7 PM. We experienced great customer service from start to finish BUT this property is DATED. In need of many updates. If you aren’t bothered by stains on ALL common area upholstery and extremely dated moldy shower stalls and stained rooms you will fit in fine here. The staff was excellent and kind but the pictures versus what you actually get are not realistic. There’s a reason there are no bathroom photos. Also all of the upholstered chairs in the common areas and carpets are badly worn and stained. We also had cobwebs in our room and wear and tear throughout. If you are in search of a turn key exceptional experience this is NOT the hotel for you.
