I have stayed at this hotel on 4 previous occasions and it never disappoints. Great location, staff are always friendly and helpful, lovely river views and a decent choice of options at breakfast. The only slight downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly in the 2nd floor corridor and that snack food items were not available on the evening of the 1st July for some reason, hence why I only scored a 9 out of 10.
