Does not live up to the description or the pictures. Parts of the room were dirty and very banged up. Overall feel of the space was not comfortable at all. Though we were disappointed we decided we just needed a place to sleep and shower, the basics. Unfortunately, it fell short on the basics as well. They neglected to inform us when we checked in that there would be no hot water after 9 AM the next morning. Even after they said the hot water was restored we had issues getting hot water. During our entire three nights stay only one of us was able to take one semi-hot shower. The microwave in our room did not work either. They were great about listening to our concerns and promptly issued a credit for one night, which was appreciated. But even with the one night credit the amount of money we paid to stay here was not worth it.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days no body clean our room neirger bath room nor rubbish tin.Moreover there was too much dust under the bed. The staff in breakfast saloon is very strict and no smile.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel has a good location with safe parking, which was a must for me. The room was big, the sheets and bed comfy. On the downside, there was an exotic smell in the room, some sort of spice that was used by a previous guest while cooking, which would not disappear, not matter how much I aired the room.

Spacious and spotless rooms with a lovely design and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. The staff was truly exceptional – always available, friendly, and eager to help. The shop inside the hotel was a very pleasant surprise, offering a nice variety of food, drinks, and snacks. It would be great if there were also rooms with two single beds, not only double ones. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Strasbourg.

The comfort is basic, with some equipments which could be renewed (e.g., old shower door, broken bin in the bathroom). However, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen appliances were up-to-date. I would have appreciated if the studio would have been cleaner.
