We stayed at the hotel on thanksgiving weekend, booked it last minute and got a great deal compared to other hotels in the same area. Staff was nice (not proactively welcoming but that's fine) Rooms were very clean and looked comfy they charge for room cleaning if you need it during your stay, this was not expected and if you stay for more days the washroom do get dirty. kitchen cleaning is also chargeable Washroom sink was not draining properly but they fixed it when I brought it to their attention Carry your own amenities as they don't provide any except soap, and a hair+body wash combo

After a quick check in, I proceeded to the sixth floor. I had taken a taxi costing 8 Euro from Strasbourg railway station as it was night upon arrival, but the hotel is easy to reach via line B of the excellent tram network. It is poorly lit, lacking a prominent streetside sign. Unlike some other reviewers, my room's carpet was clean. However the room was pretty basic: two tables and chairs, a Queen bed with a clean sheet and doona, a choice of pillows, wardrobe and two small bedside tables with lamps. WiFi was slow to upload photos and annoyingly, the log in code changed daily, which was not explained at checkin. The bathroom was nicer than the bedroom but water pressure in the shower could do with improvement. There was a microwave, crockery and cutlery for those wishing to dine in, plus a good bar fridge. Traffic noise was audible on my first night. Reception sold snacks at exorbitant prices. There was an ATM in the next parallel street, two left turns from the hotel. There did not appear to be nearby restaurants. This hotel is functional rather than a welcoming 'home'.
