There are a few things that I am not happy with, and which I think aren't up to Accor standard: 1. The bathroom is big but the shower area is too small 2. The air-conditioning is great for warm weather, but sometimes it's too cold and the temperature can't be adjusted 3. It costs 5 euro for changing towels. This is my first time to be charged for changing towels in an Accor property. 4. The room needs renovation. Everything is very dated, and the beds aren't comfortable, even though it's spacious.

The hotel is situated 10 minutes from Petite France.We had 2 Suites which were very clean,the air conditioned functioned very well ,pretty basic breakfast but filling.The hotel has his own parking also an underground which is an advantage.A Carrefour just around the corner!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and the studios are always clean, comfortable and well-equipped with all the basics. It is the only reasonably priced hotel in Strasbourg with air-conditioning! What really makes it special though is the staff at the front desk. They are super helpful, accommodating, and really go out of their way to make the guests feel as welcome as possible. I am really grateful to them for making my stay so special. Thank you!

The overall stay was good. The staff was kind, the airconditioning worked wonders during the heatwave. The hotel also offered free ice, but the water tasted of chlorine. Very different from the public water pumps in the city center, that didn't have that taste. The room needed a bit of upkeep. One of the two plates were not working. And the bathroom had a bit of mold, despite it smelling and looking clean. In addition, climbing over a bathtub to be able to shower is a bit of a hassle and there's no handle to hold onto when you climb out. In addition, if you are used to using a fresh towel daily, you need to pay for them. Only one set of towels per guest is offered. Lastly, when we parked our car we saw a mouse running around in the garage. But you are in a city center so I am not sure that's avoidable. The room itself was spacious and spotless and had a mini kitchenette and a dining table. The location is wonderful. Witin 15 minutes you are in the old city center. There's a minishop in the hotel and a supermarket close by.

Since entering the reception was full of people.. the two employees, were already mistreating the guests. The room was ugly, dirty, and both airco and ventilation were broken. It was extremely warm and they were not honest about it. I kept going downstairs to tell them it was too warm in our rom until we overheard other guests complaining aboutthe broken airco in the whole floor. If the reception had been honest we would have left to another hotel without checking in. Receptionl lady became aggressive when we complained about being lied to and that we wanted to leave the hotel as we were getting unwell because of the disgusting conditions. The hallway outside our room smelled like fried chicken as people were cooking without ventilation. We checked out before time and left the city altogether as the whole experience turn us off. . Sadly we had to pay for the whole day,200 euro something for a room resembling some slums, no accor quality in service. Disgusting, pauper, sad, very expensive place. Adagio never again. I deserve COMPENSATION FOR THE MONEY LOST.

Enjoyed the place. Liked the air conditioning and kitchen space. Maybe need a hand towel and also rags to wash dishes. Only complaints were unfriendly staff, especially the lady at checkout & having to take out your own garbage is crazy. When we asked where we were pointed to the back but didn’t find any further instructions at all. Seems like the house keeping’s job though.

From the moment we arrived to leaving nothing but helpful staff and a comfortable stay. It's a budget hotel and you're getting good value for the budget. Close to the train station and a short bus ride to the bus station it's easy to get to. 10 mins walk from Little France so also well located to get to start wandering around the city. Loved the object library concept.

The Aparthotel was very close to the tram and walking distance to the train station, the Petite France neighborhood and many other attractions. Yet it was very quiet. The room we had was spacious.

The apartment had a lovely little kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the shower worked well. This was the more budget option to my previous Adagio stay and I found it good value for money.

This aparthotel is located conveniently near Gare de Strasbourg being a short walk. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of Petit France. There are 2 tramways nearby as well. The aparthotel is very comfortable and the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is light but enough to start your day. Room was quite warm given it being winter and the cold wet weather outside
