The staff was very helpful and the hotel has a good location with safe parking, which was a must for me. The room was big, the sheets and bed comfy. On the downside, there was an exotic smell in the room, some sort of spice that was used by a previous guest while cooking, which would not disappear, not matter how much I aired the room.

Spacious and spotless rooms with a lovely design and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. The staff was truly exceptional – always available, friendly, and eager to help. The shop inside the hotel was a very pleasant surprise, offering a nice variety of food, drinks, and snacks. It would be great if there were also rooms with two single beds, not only double ones. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Strasbourg.

The comfort is basic, with some equipments which could be renewed (e.g., old shower door, broken bin in the bathroom). However, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen appliances were up-to-date. I would have appreciated if the studio would have been cleaner.

This is first time to stay here. Reception staff could speak fluently English . Every staff so friendly and we felt warm welcome from them. （ Unfortunately some French people have not good reaction for the Asian people.But at this place we didn’t feel that at all.） Especially Mr.Jean , He helped us. We had a problem to open the our room’s door. I asked to help him, he came our room promptly and advice us politely how to open it. For the facility, there is a water server on the first floor. And hot and cold juice also. It was very convenient. Whole all, this apartment hotel highly recommended. Thank you for your kind service!!
