Poorly maintained, dirtygroutongand missing grouting, door frames into the bathroom rotten at base

Location is just 1 minute walk from Strasbourg train station. There're many small cafes and eatery around the area. Carrefour is a short 5mins away. I wonder why there's no mini refrigerator provided. Otherwise, everything in the room was fine.

i stayed twi nights and twice had to change rooms, the electricity would not stay on in first room, and second room was too hot and the thermostat was broken. the third room was good. desk staff were kind and helpful
