The hotel is in a great location. The front desk check-in staff was not welcoming. I felt more of a bother than a guest. The hotel was tired and in need of a refresh. The rooms remind me of a college dorm room. I’m ok with small but nothing in the room was upscale. The bathroom was the worst part. Why get rid of the mold when you can just caulk over it. None of the typical amenities you would expect in a 4 star hotel. No moisturizer, q-tips, make up remover, sewing kit, shower cap, etc. Literally nothing. The toilet was old and cracked. Cleanliness was an issue as well. The cloth chairs in the breakfast area are filthy. I’ve never seen anything so dirty. In need of hand held steamer and replacement. I would not recommend or ever stay here again.

This hotel, Mercure strasbourg centre gare was horrible condition. I wonder how they got 4 stars hotel!! 4 stars?? It must be 1star hotel. We booked 2 rooms accecible for children but they told us that it is not exist! 😳 The rooms were so small, evenin the bathroom inly one person can stand. All the furnitures were so old and durty. I hope that nobody goes that terrible, horrible and awful hotel!
