It was too hot. My room was at 26 degrees with the heating switched off. I had to open the window to get to 22 degrees which allowed me to sleep. The nice colleague could not help me.

I was really surprised by how good this Hotel was and it all came down to the interactions I had with 2 people. Firstly, the fantastic lady at reception. You simply couldn’t ask for better, an absolute star! The lovely lady who we saw at breakfast and around the hotel who was so approachable and friendly. Their interactions and obliging nature to be brutally honest put the Pullman Montparnasse to shame who we’d just stayed with on our European trip. If you understand the Accor Hotels tiers (luxury, mid scale etc) then I can tell you IBIS styles Strasbourg performs well above its category! Well done!
