We spend only one night at the Ibis Hotel Centre Historique. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is the air conditioning available so we can perfectly sleep as the weather is hot outside. It's very well located, just few minutes from La Petite France and the historical center. Good quality-price !

The standard rooms are small. AC loud and not very effective in one room. Worked well in other. Rebooked 90 minutes before we checked in, no mention of building works and disruption to water. Staff friendly, but don't go the extra mile.

A room for 2 nights on the 7th floor with a view over a fairly busy road junction with trams crossing. Levels of street sound were never disturbing. Dimensions of the shower, basin and toilet area were tight. On morning 1 we found ourselves sharing the breakfast buffet facilities with a large tour group, but were able to get our own table for 2 without delay. No complaints about the fare provided - healthy (delicious peaches) and varied. Made good use of the water fountain in reception, since Strasbourg was hot 35 -37 degrees during much of our stay.

I have been staying at your hotel occasionally for many years but not for a while now. I discovered it really run down in real need of renovation. The room was cleaned correctly but the structure (walls, window frames, carpet etc) are not up to standards nor they correspond to your prices.

One member of staff accounts for the low score. Aircon wasn't working. Told reception who said they'd be up "in a few minutes". More than half an hour later, went to reception again to find out what was going on. The member of staff who was supposed to come and check had finished their shift, and so made a complete mockery of us. Luckily other members of staff made up for it

Room very hot, 34° outside and the air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel was names the ibis Strasbourg Centre Historique which made me think it would be very centrally located but it is a good 10minutes walk to the actual centre. Also rooms very small . Glad we only had 1 night stay.
