I paid 720 Euros for not having a place to put my clothes. For 5 days I had to keep my clothes in my luggage and stay in a strange position while using the toilet. I heard everything people in the other rooms were talking. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend anyone in this world to use this hotel.

Imi pare rau ca experienta in hotelul nostru nu s-a ridicat la nivelul asteptarilor dumneavoastra. Va rog sa imi permiteti sa imi exprim regretul pentru cele petrecute. La Ibis, depunem eforturi sa oferim servicii de calitate superioara pentru fiecare oaspete, si de aceea feed back-ul dumneavoastra este foarte important pentru noi..Va asigur ca vom lua toate masurile necesare pentru a rezolva acest gen de incidente si a preintampina aparitia altor evenimente neplacute. This hotel is in a good location. It is in a quiet area of Strasbourg. It is about 2o mins walking distance from the train station. It is also across from bus and tram stops.

Good room, located near the bus/ tram station and at a walking distance from the old town, quiet, nice staff at the bar, perfect for a short business stay, very nice decorated for Christmas time

The hotel overall is good, close to tram, bus and train stations. The cleanliness of the room however, was not the best. Spider webs were on the ceiling and curtains were very dusty. (Maybe halloween decorations were not yet removed ;-)

Staff was super friendly: they were kind to us during the breakfast and also kept my phone for me when I forgot it in the bar. The location is very convenient for visiting the historical center of Strasbourg. However, the rooms themselves were a bit outdated and deserved some refurbishing. The bathrooms are very small and have a very ancient hair dryer. The heating could not be turned off, it kept making noise during the night. The bed was very comfortable, though.
