Pleasant reception, nice hotel. Rooms a lil small. Bed was more futon like and ours had two impressions that definitely were tired beds. Bathroom. Clean also small. The porthole window could have been dusted. All in all. I would stay again as it was a 15 min walk to first weihnachts Markt area.

The room has no amenities apart from towels, soaps and paper cups. That'll be fine for cheap hotels, but it is not the case here. Breakfast was decent.

The stay was ok and the stuff really nice. However the rooms are really in old smelly bad condition. The bathrooms are disgusting. The amount of money paid for this time of the year doesn’t resonate with the room quality.

I am using Ibis chain quite often. This time was a big disappointment - room is too outdated and unpleasant.

Great staff but poor room quality. The heating/AC even off was loud, I had difficulties to sleep during the night.
