Slept on a box spring with a mattress pad on it, floors were chipping and lifting near bathroom from water pooling, caulking on shower had decayed so shower leaked at the base of the glass, bed was 1 foot too short, partner I was traveling with didn't feel safe.

We stayed one night. The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and major sights of the city. The room was clean and comfortable but one of the twin beds was not very stable and shook a bit. The only major issue we had was that during the night a rather loud rumble could be heard, likely the internal ventilation system, as we had switched off the AC. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.
