The price-quality ratio is absolutely appalling. For the amount of money I paid, the services were extremely basic. Paying luxury hotel prices for youth hostel quality is not something I will ever do again. Never coming back to this hotel.

Location good. Most staff friendly & helpful. Nice welcome. Lovely Christmas atmosphere & decoration. Twin room small. Mattress moved around a huge amount, was uncomfortable. No space for suitcase & very little hanging space. Bathroom extremely small & in need of refurbishment….mouldy above window/extraction fan.
