The staff was friendly and with a positive energy and always ready to help. The hotel was nicely decorated in the reception area. The room itself had some issues. We couldn't turn on the TV and the heating wasn't really heating. Also the water, when taking a shower, was hot or cold, nothing in between.

The room was very small, and due to the limited space, the double bed also felt quite small. There was no area where we could comfortably open our suitcases. Essential amenities that are typically expected in hotel rooms, such as a toothbrush and slippers, were not provided. Additionally, we had to request extra pillows and towels multiple times from both room service and the reception. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not think I will choose to stay at Ibis hotels again.

Pleasant reception, nice hotel. Rooms a lil small. Bed was more futon like and ours had two impressions that definitely were tired beds. Bathroom. Clean also small. The porthole window could have been dusted. All in all. I would stay again as it was a 15 min walk to first weihnachts Markt area.
