The location of the hotel is very good. We were very close to the center of the Strasbourg. Generally we went everywhere by walking since the distance is less. Also, you can see the canal from the window of your room which was amazing view for me. It was very enjoyable to see the canal from our room. There is a tram line near the hotel, it is a good option for public transportation but we did not need to use it. The environment of the hotel is also good. It is safe, calm, clean and cute. In adittion, the staff are very welcoming. They always smile and helpful. We did not get the breakfast from the hotel but in the mornings, nice smell was coming from the kitchen I am sure that the breakfast is also good. Furthermore, my friend is very sensitive about the cleanliness. The room and bathroom were very clean. We did not have any doubt about the cleanliness. Everywhere was being looked clean. Overall, hotel satisfied my expectations extremely. My experience was very good and I am very positive about to hotel from all aspects. I am very thankful.

A 5cm mattress topper is not a mattress. I spent each night with pins and needles, back spasms, and then during the day in agony and tired from lack of sleep. Spoilt my entire experience in Strasbourg. I requested an additional topper but you do not carry. I asked for extra pillows - only 2 available as thought I could sleep on them. 2 is not enough to form a bed. Worse stay ever. I will not stay at an ibis ever again.

Room was too small and dusty. After cleaning the room, I still can see many dust on bedsheet, pillows and mattress as well. Wall in the bathroom especially got mole and dust here and there. Also, shower door rubber was out of shape so all water was splitting out to the floor.

Quite good location, literary 5 min to everywhere (to Petite France, to Place Kleber, Christmas markets, railway station etc). Very tasty breakfast - liked it a little. Awkward rooms - very uncomfortable. Tiny bathrooms, water sinks really unusable, really want those who designed those to show how to use them. Very loud air heater in the room. Soap/ shower gel was run out and not replenished. Accor All Lives Silver member benefits were ignored there. Generally, mixed feelings about this hotel. All in all, ok for short stays.
