The room was very small, and due to the limited space, the double bed also felt quite small. There was no area where we could comfortably open our suitcases. Essential amenities that are typically expected in hotel rooms, such as a toothbrush and slippers, were not provided. Additionally, we had to request extra pillows and towels multiple times from both room service and the reception. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not think I will choose to stay at Ibis hotels again.

Pleasant reception, nice hotel. Rooms a lil small. Bed was more futon like and ours had two impressions that definitely were tired beds. Bathroom. Clean also small. The porthole window could have been dusted. All in all. I would stay again as it was a 15 min walk to first weihnachts Markt area.

The room has no amenities apart from towels, soaps and paper cups. That'll be fine for cheap hotels, but it is not the case here. Breakfast was decent.

The stay was ok and the stuff really nice. However the rooms are really in old smelly bad condition. The bathrooms are disgusting. The amount of money paid for this time of the year doesn’t resonate with the room quality.
