Room very hot, 34° outside and the air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel was names the ibis Strasbourg Centre Historique which made me think it would be very centrally located but it is a good 10minutes walk to the actual centre. Also rooms very small . Glad we only had 1 night stay.

3 nights in this hotel was too much. If we could have found an alternative we would have left. The location is good and some of the staff pleasant and helpful. The rooms are so basic it's hard to believe. Ours had plugs only by the window, a badly leaking shower that flooded the bathroom and bedroom floor. The flooring was either loose or had been removed. The bathroom is very small and awkward to use. The bed had a horrible stain on it and a sheet was stained. The towels are small and thin. The pillows were very thin. The room was cold with no heating control. The TV was small and had very limited channels. Not worth using. I would not only not recommend this property I would suggest anyone who wants a comfortable stay to avoid.

All was fine until checking out. An incompetent receptionist charged us double on parking and on breakfast. She seemed confused and unsure of herself. I was asked to tap my credit card once, for a charge of a hundred twenty something euros. But was astonished to have later received two separate charges, on two invoices, with each of them including the 28 euros for our breakfast and the 15 euros for the single parking. Please reimburse the excessive 28+15 euros.
