It was my first time staying with Aparthotel and it took me some time to learn the house rules. After all, it is not a hotel, it is a service apartment. The size of the room is very good. It is a decent room for a week-long stay. It comes with cookery stuff and utensils. The toiletries were adequate. It was air-conditioned which was really important as there was a heatwave when I stayed with them. The staff were very nice and helpful. It is not far away from Orléans train station, even the tram station is right behind the building.

No water throughout the stay, disaster for can’t taking shower, wash your hands nor even go to toilet, no one can be contact at the reception when I get back to hotel at 10:30pm. Need to rush out to buy big bottle of water to survive for the night. Imagine no water after a heatstroke for the day and you are alone in the country that you don’t even know the language. In the room said “call “9” to reach the reception but there is no phone in the room.

I have stayed at this ApartHotel several times. The out of hours arrangements are good but I would have liked to know in advance how to access the garage. Apparently you need to ask before arriving and the hotel will put a tag to operate the garage door in the envelope with your keys.

ok for business stay, standard features of Accor basic hotels. didn't like: the plastic mattress cover!!

We like this apart'hotel very much. However (yet again) the access codes for out of hours were not sent and in addition, an attempt was made to take payment, which was to be paid at the hotel, before we arrived. We got it resolved by ringing the out of hours number, with the help of another customer who arrived while we were trying to get in. Not what you want late at night after a long drive. The room was great as usual, and the staff were utterly charming in the morning.

Chambre pour 4 personnes spacieuse, avec une arrivée tardive nous avons récupéré notre clé dans le coffre à l'accueil de l'hôtel, problème !!! Nous avions réservé une place de parking, nous avions bien reçu la confirmation de cette place, or, oubli de la part de l'employé, pas de télécommande dans l'enveloppe destinée à notre réservation. Nous avons dû laisser notre voiture dehors avec un coffre de toit et toutes nos affaires de vacances, au risque de se faire fracturer celle-ci !!! Un peu limite donc d'autant plus que notre réservation était confirmée.
