Arrived late in the evening but had no emails about how to get into the hotel when there was no reception open. I had noticed an email from the hotel se t at midday, but as I was driving, I had not actioned this. A customer let me into the hotel and opened the key safe to get my key, otherwise we would not have been able to stay. There was also no parking. Not impressed.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. The late arrival procedure was sent by sms on the day of your arrival. It is therefore a shame not to have read it. ( the access codes are different every day, so it is normal not to receive it several days before arrival ) Regards Maryline

The hotel is situated in a quiet street. As an asked for a quiet appartement , we were in the last floor as the previous time. The parking is indoors and safe. The appartement is big.

The only bad thing is the noise from the tramways (unfortunately I had a room facing the lines). The breakfast is a little bit "poor". but it had a good blackout at the window.

It had all the right things for it to be great but it missed the mark.

The hotel was okay. The rooms spacious, the bed was really comfortable, the shower was great but it was all spoilt by warning notices on walls and in the lift threatening to fine you if you didn't leave the kitchenette in the room tidy or if you didn't take your rubbish down to the basement level and put it in the bin. We felt like children on a camping trip. Worst of all, though - we arrived after a really long drive and the car was full of our belongings. We chose this hotel, in part, because it had a car park. The lady on the desk said the car park was full. She said I had to park at the side of the road - but this would have been a number of streets away. I was told that all the spaces had been booked in advance of guests arrival but I argued that this requirement was not listed. All of a sudden, I was allowed to use the receptionist's parking space and charged me 10 euros for the privilege - although the remote to operate the door was taken from a sealed envelope in front of her. When I got to the underground garage it was completely empty. I returned to get something from the car at 7.30pm and 11pm and it was never more than 30% full. It appeared to us that they simply didn't want people to park in the car park. It was such a shame. This hotel had the ability to be amazing but shortsighted management processes let it down.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Here are some answers to your various remarks. Some information noted in the elevator and common areas are important and are sometimes forgotten by customers. We do not require anyone to drop off garbage at -1. Regarding parking, we have a limited number of places - 30. It is only bookable directly at the hotel since we are the only ones to know the availability. We have a large number of long stay guests with a parking space. Just because the car park seems empty doesn’t mean that it really is because most of these customers have gone on vacation. The price of 10 euros charged per night corresponds to the rates applied by the hoteliers. The client has the choice to take it or not but being downtown, it is sometimes very difficult to find a place outside. Cordially Maryline
