Great except for the ridiculous lift issue

This is a typical Ibis right next to Orléans station and close to the historic area. It's everything you need and nothing fancy but clean and well located. Here is the ridiculous part. There are 4 rooms where your room key will not allow you to access the lift security. Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses.

I rely on the Internet connection at the Hotel, and there was none for the duration of my stay.

Dear Mr RUSSELL LESLIE P., We thank you for the note you have left follwoing your stay in our hotel Ibis Orléans Centre Gare. As for the wifi, the problem of connection was fixed on the 13th of may. A cable was brocken outside the hotel. So it meant nobody got the connection in the street. We are very sorry you didn't enjoy that service. We hope you did enjoy the others services og the hotel and the visit in the heart of Orléans. Best regards Ibis Orléans Centre Gare
