Paid for triple, given double for same price

Please look for another hotel. Even though it is a budget experience at a budget price, we were so very disappointed. The hotel will reply to this review to say that a solution was found but it sadly isn't true. We paid for a triple room and were given a double for the same price. Three of us had to sleep in one double bed. No compensation. No nothing.

Tb Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

The hotel was chosen for an overnight stop on the way from Germany to Spain. The rooms are small. The washbasin is in the room. The shower is a cubicle in the room and the toilet seems to be more of a super small storage room than a toilet. Everything is designed in an economy style, but everything is super clean and tidy. So a good night's sleep. Highly recommended is the bakery just 200m away for breakfast, as well as the Tram connection which takes visitors straight into the centre of Orleans.
