Our stay was spoiled by inconsiderate guests allowing their children to run around the corridors very late at night. They were also outside our window making a lot of noise.

This hotel has no air-con and the heat in the room made sleep very very difficult. The staff were friendly and at check-in, and give you the option to cancel because of the lack op air-con, and they lent us a (very basic) fan. The option to cancel was appreciated but since we arrived at midnight with tired kids after a very long drive and other places would be closed, we had to stay. I wish it had been clear at the moment of booking that the rooms will be unbearingly hot. The hotel has put up info sheets displaying a photo of a cockroach-like animal saying "I'm back. I enter by the window, but I'm not a cockroach and I don't harm you.". While we appreciate the warning, it meant opening the window was not an option either... There is a heatwave - ok, the 5th one this summer - but basically I find it unacceptable to offer rooms with temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius to customers, considering you still pay 142 euros for a family of 4 (with breakfast). FYI : it's identical to "Formule 1" hotels in case you know them. Somehow I associated the name IBIS to higher comfort, but IBIS *budget* is exactly the same.

Good access to CO'met arena.(5min on foot) No dryers nor air conditioners.(Better not in summer) But the hotel offered a compact circulator so at least you can survive with it.

For a budget hotel and single night it was adequate. However, air con is badly needed in guest rooms to improve the experience. Our room overlooked the outside seating/smoking area. We were badly disturbed by the chatter and noise from this until after midnight despite raising it with desk clerk. Suggestion, move this area further away from guest rooms windows to improve comfort. Conclusion - avoid the first floor guest rooms overlooking the outside area

I have stayed at various types of Accor properties beforehand, this is the first time I had a negative experience. They gave us a room on the noisy side of the building. We kept the window open, since it was very warm that night, and the room had no AC. We did not sleep that well.They toilet had a strong odor of urine, but the room was clean. I would recommend you stay on the parking lot side. The front desk was pleasant, but as I tried to diplomatically state our room was noisy, he did not “clue in" that he could have offered us to change our room. A very accommodating Boulangerie and coffee shop, a short walk to the left, leaving parking lot for just a coffee and croissant . The hotel location is convenient and easy to find.

The hotel is severely infected by bed bugs. Three rooms were offered and all of them were visibly infected. The management promised reimbursement of the accommodation cost but it has not happened so far, within 15 days.
