We were en route to Italy and the Novotel just outside Orleans was perfectly situated. The Staff tried to be helpful but the room was cold and there was no Technican available to sort out the issue with the Air Conditioning. They told us to use the blanket in the wardrobe. The Restaurant was good and the food excellent. As was the breakfast the following morning which was given to us in lieu of the heating problems we had.

Overall good hotel with nice rooms, open lobby space and good facilities. Restaurant menu could do with some more options and a price review (it was quite expensive for what you got). Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Pool and bouncy castle were a hit with my kids, as was the giant bear soft toy in the lobby! Would stay again.
