Good welcome on arrival and an easy location to find for a short visit. The room was a decent size with a new bathroom and shower. Information from staff very clear and useful and access to Orléans tram system very close by. After a decent comfortable night sleep breakfast was excellent with the added bonus of warm bacon & eggs alongside the usual Ibis offering. For an electric car user, the Electra borne de recharge located next door in the Campanile was very handy.

Our stay was blighted, by an electric bike being stolen from the car park. The car park appeared to be a through route for residents living nearby. There was no security around the car park. After the incident, which occurred in daylight, it transpired, the car park does not have CCTV. Saying this the duty manager, was helpful, in that he informed the police. Not what we expected.

Well located but hotel in poor condition. No answer when contacted 3 times on the phone when I realised I booked the wrond date 10 minutes after the booking. Excesive charge for changing the date by one night

Breakfast was fine. It was disappointing that there was no refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. Additionally, there was noise, so we had to change rooms modway.
