We liked the hotel. Good price-quality. Breakfast was also excellent. They had lovely glutenfee bread for me. I am a celiac, so that makes a great difference to my experiences.

The people at the front desk were really nice, the housekeeper as well. It was really well located and easy to walk to downtown. The bed was also very comfortable - all very important things. There are no little amenities in the bathrooms - only shampoo and soap. The food in the dining room was not very good - we got there 1/2 hour before closing but the French fries were cold and the quality of the food was not great. We wouldn’t eat there again. The room needs a bit of updating - a bit tired, paint coming off the walls, etc. The outside of the building needs some paint or care as well. Once they renovate, hotel should be great. It has a lot going for it, just needs some attention.

Everything really good. Clean, staff attentive, breakfast excellent. Carpark excellent. Check in/out straightforward. Only downside was no plug for bathroom sink (minor) and air-conditioning (a very hot day) not working just on or off. So roast or freeze! Staff told in the evening, could not help.

My online reservation was falsely for the day of booking not for the day of arrival. Strange that this couod happen We realized only during check-in but the team was luckily able to arrange the night for me and my family.
