A stranger entered our room while we were asleep at night. When we reported this to the receptionist she said "that shouldn't happen." Of course it shouldn't happen, it's unacceptable for the hotel to issue a key card to another person for a room that is already occupied. I thought I might have received an apology from the manager or some form of compensation, but I have heard nothing.
