The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially for guests who frequently use public transportation such as the tram. However, my room was facing the tram stop, which resulted in noticeable noise, particularly in the evening and early morning hours. The room itself was generally clean. Nevertheless, the bathroom appears outdated and would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. In addition, the wash basin shows signs of wear and should be replaced to improve the overall impression. The kitchenette was functional, but some of the electrical switches are quite old and occasionally malfunctioned, making it difficult to regulate the temperature properly. The cooking equipment was sufficient for basic use; however, replacing certain items, such as the frying pan, would require minimal investment while significantly improving the guest experience. Overall, the general image of the hotel is strongly influenced by the condition of its facilities and the proper functioning of its electrical appliances. Addressing these points would greatly enhance the quality perception and guest satisfaction.

Well locate in front of a tram station, the room was clean even if a bit outdated. Great breakfast, warm and welcoming staff.

using the family room, which was clean and spacious enough. The kitchenette is well equipped with a good size fridge (incl freezer compartment) etc. However, the beds are too narrow for a couple (140cm large) and the tv set is outright silly. These days, even a good sized tv is cheap. But both TVs (in the bedroom and in the living room) are old and tiny. Besides, they blocked the external HDMI access so I could not even use my Amazon firestick. The TV programming only caters to French speaking clients.

Overall a good stay. Great Location, comfortable room. Good basic amenities. Nothing much to complain on. There were some small issues and not really bothering enough. Breakfast was in general okay but the egg station was a bit tricky

The staff was very friendly, ready to help; the only issue is the difficulty to reach the facility as it looks really dark! All the rest is okay but could be improved especially the breakfast.
