using the family room, which was clean and spacious enough. The kitchenette is well equipped with a good size fridge (incl freezer compartment) etc. However, the beds are too narrow for a couple (140cm large) and the tv set is outright silly. These days, even a good sized tv is cheap. But both TVs (in the bedroom and in the living room) are old and tiny. Besides, they blocked the external HDMI access so I could not even use my Amazon firestick. The TV programming only caters to French speaking clients.

Overall a good stay. Great Location, comfortable room. Good basic amenities. Nothing much to complain on. There were some small issues and not really bothering enough. Breakfast was in general okay but the egg station was a bit tricky

The staff was very friendly, ready to help; the only issue is the difficulty to reach the facility as it looks really dark! All the rest is okay but could be improved especially the breakfast.

The room was very dirty, spider webs (a lot of them, not just 2-3) were hanging from every ceiling and corner and a lot of spiders were there. Personally, I am not afraid of them so I wasn't too bothered, but there shouldn't be there. Half of the towels were stained, and the outlets and switched had never been cleaned. Other than that, the hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming. The location is ok, but it's expensive for what it is

I stayed for a 2 days trip with my family. The experience was ok in general. Staff was friendly they answered all my questions patiently, good parking spaces and very good connectivity with public transport to the city. What could possibly be better, room cleanliness , one of the rooms had bugs near curtains. I paid for the break fast but it was not full service breakfast half of the things you have to cook on your own . Didn’t feel like Accor experience. And then if I book an apart hotel from a reputed brand I don’t expect to clear up the garbage from the room this was really strange for me. On top of that being a member I thought I would get some points for my stay but despite booking directly from all platform I get the message that this stay won’t get you any points for some strange logic. Last but not the least you need to remember so many passwords to get in, get out open the parking etc . That summarises pretty much my stay and honest feedback.
