Nice hotel in a nice location. Conveniently located to main roads to explore the Strasbourg and surrounding area. Negative is that the restaurant is not available on weekends.

Good location,Bad hotel carpets with paint and debris, very dated in a lot of area's, pool closed! No food at the weekend we we're absolutely starving when we arrived from England by car! Had to find a restaurant nearby. Staff we're very good and service was good. Hotel let down by lack of cleanliness in a lot of area's. Shame really.

However, we are sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the condition of the carpets, paintwork and cleanliness of certain areas of the hotel, we fully understand your disappointment. These comments have been passed on to our maintenance and cleaning team so that they can quickly take the necessary steps to improve the environment for our guests. With regard to the closed swimming pool and the lack of catering at weekends, we apologise for the inconvenience caused, especially after a long journey. We are currently working on solutions to better inform our visitors about these services and to improve our offering so that this type of situation does not happen again. With grass, trees and bushes, even a small kitchen garden all around, the grounds are so pleasant particularly in the middle of a heat wave and just off the interstate! The rooms are comfortable and efficiently air conditioned! The breakfast buffet is superbe and the staff outstanding, professional, friendly, warm and genuine with no exception! Besides my quiet, well behaved golden retriever was really welcome everywhere. How wonderful! This was one of my best hotel stays and I was an international flight attendant with a major US airline for 20 years. Thank you!
