The hotel room was really nice, and very comfortable, but the air conditioning was unfortunately not working, and as we arrived late (23:00) with very tired children, they were already in bed and asleep before we realised it was really not working, so we didn't call reception and just slept with the window open. We mentioned it to the staff at checkout, and they were very sorry and offered us a free drink or coffee. The sliding door for the bathroom/toilets is one of those design choices that looks nice on paper but really doesn't work in real life. You can't close both the bathroom and the toilet at the same time, and when opening one you close the other without seeing if someone is in the doorway! Not great when several people are in the room and using the facilities.

We spent only one night. We have very nice room and kids were excited. Just small hints: The high of the shower head is quite low. I’m 178 and the shower head is 180? Taller person can have an issue. Amenities - bonus for hold member are usually a bit better than 1 soft drink per person.
