The alarm came on early in the morning due to someone being in the shower. Everyone woke up n went down stairs. It took very long for it to turn off. The breakfast did not look fresh at all. So I did not eat breakfast . I will not be back

Although the check-in was at 2pm only got to my room at 3h30pm, understandable but still a bit of a bother

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. We are sorry that the room was not ready by 2:00 p.m., without minimizing this, we were short-staffed in terms of our maids and we would like to apologize. We hope to see you again among us.

Good location if touring by car: secure parking available and once parked up, easy travel around city by tram. Ibis hotels do what they say on the tin: straightforward, simple, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel and we are always satisfied with our stay . When arriving in the hotel, we are being welcomed kindly and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and cosy. The location is great- the tram station is near by and so you can reach the city center within 10min.
