Good location if touring by car: secure parking available and once parked up, easy travel around city by tram. Ibis hotels do what they say on the tin: straightforward, simple, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel and we are always satisfied with our stay . When arriving in the hotel, we are being welcomed kindly and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and cosy. The location is great- the tram station is near by and so you can reach the city center within 10min.

Hello Team , FOr this ibis and for this price! it was not relevant ! We Undrestand that the room are small , but too empty. The Breakfast , i have in my kitchen more than that choice it was so poor choices even water is not there just one small table.

With regard to the rooms, although they are designed around an original football theme and respect the usual size standards of our chain, we understand that the layout and decoration may not be suitable for all our guests. Your feedback is invaluable and encourages us to think about ways of enriching and diversifying our offer to better meet the varied tastes of our customers. For breakfast, although we make a point of offering fresh, local produce, we seem to have lacked variety or been unable to communicate effectively our commitment to the quality and freshness of our products. We will be reviewing our presentation and perhaps expanding our offer to ensure that we meet the expectations of all our customers. As for the water issue, we realise from your comment that the availability of a water fountain may not be sufficiently promoted and that we should better inform our customers about this option.
