The hotel staff was very nice. We also liked the breakfast. It was a positive experience. My pillow was way too thick and hard, but I got a softer one.

Friendly staff, good location for business or leisure short stay. Clean but very small room! A descent breakfast, all in all acceptable facility with ratio quality/price okay.

The location seems very old and it is showing."styles" decoration was well done in der proximity early 2000s, but not revisited until then. might also be an Ibis Budget right now. Beds and pillows very hard, some furniture has seen it's best days. Staff was very friendly and help full, though.

Hotel room was ok. Everything was clean but basic. No hot tea or coffee in room. The shower was awful, water spilled all over the bathroom floor. No way to contain it. It was incredibly hot in the room. The AC did not work nor did setting a lower temp. Thankfully we could open the window. This is a no frills hotel which is fine, but worth no where near the €250 a night we paid. The breakfast was nice and well located near tram stations.

Ibis believes if they dress up their foyer and entrance and create 'themes' that somehow they can now charge for a night like a nice hotel. This is dated, and tired. No closet just cubbies, the light in the room was on one switch so whether you wanted all that light or not, you got it. The price to have a dog is 15 euros a night. There are children that are worse and should be charged extra. This is exorbitante. The service desk was nice and they greeted everyone who passed through.

The Location was perfect to reach the old town in under 20 minutes. Parking was good, no problem there. Breakfast was the only bad thing, which is very basic and overall not recommendable.
