I have stayed at Ibis budget hotels in other cities and have always had a good stay. The stay in Strasbourg La Vigie was terrible. The hotel was doing construction on a room that was located almost next to our room and we were woken up with very loud noises on Thursday and Friday before 8:30am. The noises were extremely loud. Construction noises, drilling noises and someone pounding on the walls. Terrible. I asked if I could be moved to a quieter room but was told by the clerk that there wasn’t any availability that day to move. I asked if the reception had ear plugs for us but they didn’t. We could not rest at all during our vacation there. I will not stay at an Ibis budget again.

We have booked (and paid) a room for 4 people but there were only 3 beds. Nobody at the desk, no Number to call, no other room available. The morning after we tried to complain and the reply was "I cannot help and the manager is not here"

The hotel has beautiful rooms, no balcony, no fridge.The lavatory is inside the room, the toillet separetly. It s ok that the hotel has a little terrace outside, in front. The breackfast is medium, the same every day.The location it s not good for the tourist whithout a car, no buses.The beds very comfortable, cleaning too .The staff ok.

Hotel was ok, sadly the front door was more welcoming than the staff at the reception. Impressive speaker French English and German, however the staff member succeed to be rude in those three languages. Hotel F1 is cheaper and the staff was friendlier. The room was clean enough but can do better.
