The code worked in third attempt. The machine did not print the code and did not email the code. The towels were small.

Un petit séjour en pays alsacien de quelques jours pour la fête nationale. Petit hôtel sans prétention mais très agréable ! Cependant des problèmes d’hygiène persistent : chambre avec des déchets du passage précédent (sachet de bonbons ouvert et tout collant sur une étagère), petit déjeuner géré à main nue (l’employé touche la charcuterie avec les mains nues !)

Nous avions réservé sur votre site internet deux chambres pour un total de 320,10€ et la réception nous a réclamer un total de 328,90€. De plus nous ne sommes venus qu'à 6 personnes et nous avons payé 7 taxes de séjour. Les chambres étaient sales (poussière et saleté). Bref un mauvais séjour. Je ne recommande pas votre hôtel.

Monsieur, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Concernant la taxe de séjour, d'après les informations sur la réservation, il y avait une chambre pour 4 adultes et une pour 3 adultes. Effectivement, la taxe de séjour, 1.10 € par personne par jour ne s'est facturée que pour une journée lorsque vous avez réservé, au lieux de deux journée. Nous sommes désolés pour cette erreur, n'hésitez pas à me contacter afin que je puisse vous rembourser la différence. Je suis étonné concernant la propreté des chambres car elles sont vérifiées tous les jours avec soin par moi même ou un membre de l'équipe. Je vous invite à signaler tout problème à la réception durant votre séjour afin que nous puissions trouver une solution. Je tien à m'excuser pour ces désagréments. Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour faire une halte sur la route des vacances. Nous n’y avons séjourner qu’une nuit de 5-6h avant de partir mais le bâtiment était propre, les chambres étaient conformes aux attentes et descriptions. 2 bémols concernant l’hôtel : 1) look « vieillot » 2) retour vers l’autoroute difficile dû aux travaux actuels.

I know when we select Ibis Budget, that we are aiming to get a basic room, with basic shower and very basic service. Usually I go for budget only on places that I need to get some sleep at night. I got that, but the problem lays when you don´t get even the basics or when you can not sleep. My room, if I am not mistaken 230 (last right room from the corridor) the air conditioning unit was not working at all. You could hear the noisy fans, but the air was hot as outside. It was a very very hot day and we had to sleep with the window open, but then we had to deal with the noise of trains near the hotel. On the toilet room, if you look at the air exhaust, it is completely dirty and disgusting. I enjoyed the self service option, where you get a password and everything is autonomous, but on the world of many staying options, you guys fail to deliver the absolute basics. I am disappointed and would not recommend this specific hotel, perhaps I might stay on the normal IBIS in front of the Budget as I liked the location between Strasbourg and Colmar.
