We came in extended family and we found out that the rooms (3 pers+ 2pers) were located on separate floors.

Although it is well located (approx of transportation : trains, bus, tram), there were a lot of truck noises and the access to the train station required a massive turn around while it is just one door from the hotel. Also, the chamber was great, the staff were super nice and I had a nice stay. I would totally recommend for small budget stay.

I have stayed at Ibis budget hotels in other cities and have always had a good stay. The stay in Strasbourg La Vigie was terrible. The hotel was doing construction on a room that was located almost next to our room and we were woken up with very loud noises on Thursday and Friday before 8:30am. The noises were extremely loud. Construction noises, drilling noises and someone pounding on the walls. Terrible. I asked if I could be moved to a quieter room but was told by the clerk that there wasn’t any availability that day to move. I asked if the reception had ear plugs for us but they didn’t. We could not rest at all during our vacation there. I will not stay at an Ibis budget again.

We have booked (and paid) a room for 4 people but there were only 3 beds. Nobody at the desk, no Number to call, no other room available. The morning after we tried to complain and the reply was "I cannot help and the manager is not here"
