Located not far from Baggersee P+R. One can take the Tram and travel in the city using Parking Ticket. Thats really nice, comfortable and cheaper and less hassles than driving into the city and finding a suitable parking.

The experience was good, not great. The rooms for our purpose excellent. We missed some towels (5 people, only 4 available), no hand towels, out of 2 rooms, only 1 feet towel for after the shower. Staff great and our achieve.

Rooms were minimal, there was a bug in the room, more cleaning necessary. Réception stuff and breakfast staff we’re kind and working hard. However the breakfast buffet there should be more variety of food

BRÛLER L HÔTEL : Literie nauséabonde / sale/ puante comme si des chiens mouillés y avait frotter leurs poils, on se croirait dans un squat, petite bête dans la salle de bain, odeur fétide générale, personnel déprimé qui se demande ce qu’il fait là, buffet de petit déjeuner infesté de mouches pondeuse, fromage avarié, compote sidaique, pot de chocolat ou il n’y reste que le contour lécher par un gros dégoûtant, parking et couloir qui rappelle la période d’Halloween , télécommande sans boîtier avec la pile qui se barre, matelas rappelant le par terre des anciennes salles de tortures tellement il est DEGUELASSE, peur d’attraper le sida ou une MST en dormant dessus , grâce à cette expérience, je comprends ce que vivent les SDF, il aurait fallu nous prévenir de venir déguisé en zombie pour aller avec l’environnement ibLis hôtel , après cette nuit, je dois m’empressée d’aller faire un vaccin tétanos et un dépistage …

Juste suffisant pour dormir malgré L. fait d'être à côté d'une 4 voies. Pas de bruit au niveau des autres chambres. La chambre et l'hôtel ont vécu et la chambre est très abimée et même sale au niveau des peintures, des aérations. Il y a des morceaux de mobiliers très abimés, étiquette arrachées. L. store était abimé et son support arraché. Sous L. lavabo, les mécanismes apparents sont très sales. Autres remarques : nous étions 3 et L. lit du dessus n'était pas fait (les draps ont juste été posés et il fallait se débrouiller : nous sommes rentrés à 1 heure du matin et ce n'est vraiment pas cool de faire son lit à cette heure, en hauteur, quand on est exténués) Pour 3 personnes nous n'avions que 2 serviettes dans la salle de bain (également 2 gobelet au lieu de 3 gobelets et 3 serviettes) L'accueil a été très sympathique et toutes les explications ont été données. L. personnel d'étage et à la salle de déjeuner étaient polis. Rien à redire par rapport à cela. Je suis consciente que nous n'avons pas résercé L. Ritz, cependant, je trouve que L. prix est élevé par rapport à la vétusté de l'hôtel, et aussi il est situé dans une zone très bruyante et en travaux (avec immeuble à côté abandonné, véhicules sur L. parking (bus notamment) avec pare brise éclaté. Benne de déchets devant l'entrée de l'hôtel. Cela n''est pas accueillant ni très engageant.

En ce qui concerne L. lit superposé, celui-ci n'est jamais facturé afin de garder nos tarifs plus abordables, nous ne L. préparons donc pas mais vous fournissons draps, couverture, etc. En ce qui concerne la 3e serviette, nous en ferons la remarque à notre personnel d'étage. Nous restons toutefois en réception 24 heures sur 24, n'hésitez pas à nous en faire la demande et nous vous en donnerions immédiatement. Enfin, nous entamons cette année un campagne de rénovation qui redonnera la fraicheur que vous attendez à nos chambres. Bien accueilli...homme a l'accueil très avenant et clair...mais surprise...malgré une nuit agréable et calme, le petit déjeuner reste sommaire...croissants pas frais, un peu de brioche et du pain ...buffet pas du tout garni, le strict minimum...mais par dessus tout, un café infecte ..insipide, de l'eau foncée...peut être un réglage de machine ? J'en doute fort....en tout cas ça ne vaut pas le prix d'un petit dej a volonté....1 croissant a brioche un jus d'orange et basta . Quel dommage...et le personnel du matin bien moins agréable que celui du soir...les copines en très elles sans discrétion aucune...

En ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner, nous y proposons croissants, 2 sortes de pain, 4 sortes de céréales, de la brioche, de toasts, 2 sortes de gâteaux (marbré chocolat et quatre-quarts), du yaourt nature, de la compote de pommes, de la salade de fruits, des fruits frais (en ce moment oranges et pommes), trois types de charcuterie en tranches et des knacks chauds, du fromage… Peut-être un souci de réapprovisionnement lors du service ce matin-là.
