Dear H., thank you for taking the time to share your experience after your recent stay. We will and a conversation with our cleaning team and make sure that the cleaning is done in a more thorough fashion. As for the breakfast, we've added more types of bread (with or without gluten), waffles, fresh fruits and fresh tomatoes, local charcuterie... but are always looking for good ideas. Do not hesitate to share tem with us at reception! We hope to be able to welcome you again in the future and have you discover a refreshed hotel with new equipments and services. Chère Marianne, merci d'avoir pris L. temps d'attirer notre attention sur ces points. En ce qui concerne L. lit superposé, celui-ci n'est jamais facturé afin de garder nos tarifs plus abordables, nous ne L. préparons donc pas mais vous fournissons draps, couverture, etc. En ce qui concerne la 3e serviette, nous en ferons la remarque à notre personnel d'étage. Nous restons toutefois en réception 24 heures sur 24, n'hésitez pas à nous en faire la demande et nous vous en donnerions immédiatement. Enfin, nous entamons cette année un campagne de rénovation qui redonnera la fraicheur que vous attendez à nos chambres. Nous espérons pouvoir vous recevoir de nouveau dans l'avenir et pouvoir vous faire découvrir un hôtel rajeuni. Cordialement, l'équipe Ibis Budget Geispolsheim
