The room was clean, the staff were very very polite and respectful, I really appreciate their hospitality. But there were some other negative points. The toilet has to be clean and new, but unfortunately it was not. Also the smell in the bathroom was not really pleasant. The appearance of the room is important for the first impression, but I saw the curtain was really bad and not a good selection for this room. The smell in the elevator also, was not pleasant.

Good stay apart extreme expensive for one night for a kid and mama but I love it and I enjoyed it both breakfast . Of course we definitely comes back

Good welcome from person on the desk; room was large and breakfast was reasonable. Close to the local railway station and only five minutes on the train into central Strasbourg.
