We are pleased to hear that their politeness and attentiveness contributed positively to your stay. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered regarding the housekeeping service. The lack of room cleaning during your 8-night stay, despite your repeated requests, is not acceptable and does not reflect the standards we aim to provide. We fully understand how frustrating and uncomfortable this situation must have been, especially while traveling with a baby. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the delayed removal of diapers, the inadequate bed-making service, and the unsuitable preparation of the baby cot. Your comments have been taken very seriously. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused.
