I choose this hotel for our overnight stop in Strasbourg on the way to Germany. It is easy to reach with a secured parking area. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, the bathroom could need a little extra love from the housekeeping. The trip to the city center was quick and easy with public transportation.

The stay was good but nothing spectacular. Our TV didn't work and the bath leaked when we took a bath instead of a shower. However, it was still a good room at a decent size and it was very clean too.

Very nice establishment. We stay there during our visits to Strasbourg and also during seminars. The staff are always very attentive and the leisure area is a great idea to keep the youngest and even the parents occupied. Nice and peaceful.

The room was clean, the staff were very very polite and respectful, I really appreciate their hospitality. But there were some other negative points. The toilet has to be clean and new, but unfortunately it was not. Also the smell in the bathroom was not really pleasant. The appearance of the room is important for the first impression, but I saw the curtain was really bad and not a good selection for this room. The smell in the elevator also, was not pleasant.
