Overall, brilliant service. Staff was amazing and room was very good. Luckily we didn’t have to pay for parking as it was weekend. Normally it’s €20 per night.

I asked the reception twice about getting an iron in my room and he confirmed he would bring one up however nothing was delivered and when I asked for the 3rd time he then informed me I had to go to the ironing room on the 5th floor. Perhaps he did not know and he was new?

Very efficient procedures for check-in and out. Professional and kind staff. Large room, needing some renovation (spots on the sofa and chair) but comfortable and according to my requests in the reservation. The room was not properly prepared, as missing water and cafe and the "skip clean" tag. Asked them at the reception and received water and cafe. Good breakfast with choice of sweet and savory items.
