The first room offered was smelly of fish and mould. Even though we arrived at 9pm it was not ready to sleep. We had to wait until 23.30 to allocated another room. This room has stains on the floor and the bath would not work. In addition we were disturbed with drilling at 9am every day despite being told drilly would not being until 10am. In addition the corridor s were full of building equipment. Lastly, we had no ironing service

The air-conditioning in the room wasn't really working, so we couldn't sleep very comfortably, but it wasn't very hot outside, so we managed.

Had a very comfortable stay. Spacious and clean rooms with a nice bathroom (separate good shower and bathtub). Great breakfast with many choices (my complements to the gentlemen arranging it). As I was with the car it was very nice to be able to park the car in the nice garage under the hotel. 20€ per night for the parking is expensive, but it was worth it. The staf is friendly and helpful and it was not problem to leave the car in the garage till the afternoon the last day.

Overall satisfactory minus one minor issue. Hotel was undergoing some renovation work (no problem with any of this being in construction myself, they kept the noise levels to minimum during normal operation hours) Issue I had was lack of hot water for bathing and showers. Traveling with two women who both commented about how no hot water. Was the lowest level of lukewarm at the best. Not entirely very cold but definitely not hot by any stretch. Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel very much. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were very helpful and professional and friendly. Property was very clean even while undergoing renovations. Great location lots of stuff easily walked to if needed. Cafes restaurants supermarkets fast food all easy to find and get to on foot.

Renovations meant room had no hot water. Moved to a new room next day to find the same problem. Confusion with travel cot and email exchange about this meant 2nd room needed to be purchased, so watch out if you're a family of 5+ as the hotel has a policy of no more than 4 people even if you have a baby that does not require a normal bed.

We are old couple of 76 &68. First room 603 provided no AC was working. We were moved then to 605. It was better but Ac was not as good as it should be. At check out time elevator was not working. Even requested for help no response. We had to catch flight & we can wait. We had to walk down 6floor with all our health condition. Thank God our son was with us he made four trip from 6floor to ground to bring our heavy suitcase. Very sad experience. We are tourist from USA never expected this type of experience in the city of light & beauty PARIS.

I stayed briefly. The lovely ladies at check in and the service staff were all first class. The experience was first class. The walls had these charming pictures of artists that had performed at the stade. The suite was lovely, very comfortable bed. The hotel certainly on my return list.

We arrived at the hotel, ideal for our Stade de France concert as it is literally across the road. The staff were welcoming, kind and very professional. Our room was lovely, clean, and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely return.

The stay was decent, although my room smelled of smoke (went to reception about it but there was nothing they could do, which is normal when a hotel is packed, nothing to complain there); what I found not up to standards was the complete lack of kindness from the staff. Every single time we went with a question (not even a request, a simple question) they would be looking at us like we had three heads and counting, and do the absolute bare minimum to help (at least for the first two days). A little more kindness would go a long way. Breakfast was very nice, rooms were big and comfortable and had everything one would need for a couple of days' stay.

Overall, brilliant service. Staff was amazing and room was very good. Luckily we didn’t have to pay for parking as it was weekend. Normally it’s €20 per night.

I asked the reception twice about getting an iron in my room and he confirmed he would bring one up however nothing was delivered and when I asked for the 3rd time he then informed me I had to go to the ironing room on the 5th floor. Perhaps he did not know and he was new?
