They shutdown the elevator so i have to carry my luggages by stairs. Also there is no Air Conditioning unit in the room so I guess the hotel is not advisable during summer.

The hotel is located at a very good location, can take bus/ train directly to city centre or airport, staffs are very nice and friendly However, please don’t choose here when it’s hot, theres no AC or even a fan, I couldn’t breathe in the night and I don’t t know how to sleep. I have to get up and pour some water on my body to cool down. The room was burning last week with heat wave.

I arrived to the property late at night, the gate was unlocked and when I arrived at the hotel door, there were no visible instructions on where or how to check in. There was just a keypad on the locked door. A male staff member saw me struggling to get in and did not come to help me. I was clearly a new guest as I had my suitcase and bags with me. Once I figured out how to check in using the machine outside the door, I made it inside the property, and the staff member did not greet me, tell me where bathrooms or showers were located, nor ask me for an ID check. This made me feel extremely unsafe from the beginning of my stay. I went to my room to put down my bags and came back downstairs to use the toilet. Again, because the staff member was ignoring me, I was looking around for the toilet. The only time he spoke to me was to shout "Hey what are you doing?!" when I opened the wrong door thinking it was a bathroom. This experience made me very uncomfortable and I didn't want to go to breakfast out of fear of the staff's attitude. Later in the afternoon, I went to the bathroom, and when I went back to my room, I was locked out. I went down to reception and told the new male staff member that I was locked out. He aggressively shouted that it's because I didn't pay city tax and I was supposed to pay it upon arrival. The night staff who ignored me should have given me this information upon arrival. I paid the city tax swiftly and returned to my room feeling embarrassed after being shouted at. The room itself was clean and tidy, as were the showers and bathrooms. I spoke with the female cleaner who was very friendly and kind and came to ask me if I needed any more towels or any servicing in the room, which I did not need as it was already great. My only complaint about the room was that it was extremely hot with no way of cooling it down. This is especially worrisome as Paris was experiencing a heatwave whilst I was visiting. In the late evening, I returned from an event in the city centre and a new male night staff was smoking outside with a random person. The person said something but I didn't hear him, then he aggressively shouted it again, and I just replied with a smile and hurried inside. The staff member just laughed. There were no trains to the city due to some works being carried out, making travel from the hotel's location difficult, so I had to rely on Uber taxis. A courtesy message about this from the hotel would have been nice, as it's something I have experienced from other hotels I have stayed at. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again and I wouldn't recommend it. The staff were very rude, and it did not feel safe there as a solo female traveller, making my stay extremely uncomfortable.

The absolutely cheapest stay in Paris and my 9/10 rating reflects exactly what you get for what you pay for. I stayed in one of the new room types with in-room shower and toilet and it was an excellent choice despite being too narrow and one of the towels was dirty. The room had a very intense chemical room freshness deodorant smell. Probably to neutralise the smoke of previous tenants, as the window frame was literally scuffed from cigarettes. Nevertheless, after opening the window for fresh air for a couple of hours, it was perfectly OK. The bed was not as comfy as the IBIS Sweet foam mattress but it was OK for one night sleep. Mediocre breakfast, but for less than 5 EUR you can't expect much... bread, butter, honey, nutela, cereals, milk, coffee, juice and cake= more than adequate boost of calories. Rude person at check-in, who was verbally abusive when I asked why I have to pay extra tax when the booking is clearly stating that it includes ALL fees and taxes and specifies exactly the amount left "to be paid at the hotel". I guess that 1* reflects also in the level of personnel training ... but the next morning guy was OK and quickly understood that I do not have to pay again for breakfast and he was very efficient as one-man show ...receptionist, breakfast server, cleaner. Walkable distance to REP to bring you in central Paris in 25 mins. Out of curiosity I also checked the communal shared douche-showers and toilets and they were remarkably clean. If you are on a very tight budget it is an excellent choice.

I left the room as the odor was too strong and the temperature too high (no air conditionning). I drove and slept in my car while paying for a room!!

We were looking for the cheapest hotel to stay in and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was, but the floor restroom did not have toilet paper restocked most of the time.

The location is probably the only upside. A short walk to the local metro stop will take you directly into Paris centre. The Double room we stayed in as a couple was incredibly small and inconvenient. We even managed to find a cockroach on the bed which ruined the entire experience. I would look into other hotels in the area

At Our arrival, we had to pay 10€ each day for the parking space. We came to Our room.. it was narrow, dirty and only french Television. The Pictures on the Web seam to be faked. The breakfast was only cheap bread, Toast, Butter, chocolat cream Cornflakes milk and Coffee. The Juice Box was out of order. No eggs, no Croissants, no fruits. At the last day there was no breakfast at all, Butter we've paid for. The City of Paris was very great. I would like to come back again but then another hotel.

The price was nice and reasonable. The rooms were nice and clean with working heaters and included a washbasin. We liked it. The toilets were a nightmare. It was dirty, and it looked like some baby/kid might have peed on the walls of the toilet in the morning, and it dried until the evening and stank, and nobody cleaned it. The bathroom had a sticky floor with an unpleasant odour and ambience. There can be better mounting of the dress hangers. Since we stayed there for just a night, we managed to use the toilet in other places, and we skipped bathing. The breakfast buffet had a very small menu; it was more like a snack menu rather than a breakfast. And the price for that is extremely high. For that price, we went to the city and bought a decent meal. And then realised that we made the right choice in not eating at the F1 hotel breakfast buffet.

Arrived late at night and used the automated check in which seemed to work fine, door at reception opened, room door opened all good. We had booked a 3 night stay, on our second day in St Denis we came back to the hotel to find we had been locked out of our room, access code no longer worked, all of our belongings were still in the room, down to reception where the person did not speak any English so i was trying to explain in terrible French we were locked out. To cut a long story short the automated check we used on arrival had only checked us in for 1 night, once this was sorted we had no further issues apart from each morning having to ask for bread, milk, butter because the young man seemed to be a bit lazy and could'nt be bothered to check. We stayed on floor 6 which was just as well as there were a lot of rats seen in the car park.
