Cheaper than ibis stade de France and better on all aspects

We was very happy

Only good thing was the close proximity to the train station. Room was dirty, staff were incredibly unwelcoming and the bathrooms were in such a state. The lights didn't work the toilets were filthy and there was piss all over the floor

The conditions of my room were unacceptable. My room was filthy and the floor was sticky. My room and bed smelled of smoke. It made it impossible to sleep at night. I ended up having to sleep in a chair because I could not sleep in the bed. I notified the front desk person in the morning and they agreed that it was unacceptable to stay in those conditions. I expect a complete refund of my stay. I will be contacting F1 hotels aswell to notify them of these disgusting traditions. You should be ashamed of the conditons of your hotel. Stayed here as was attending football next door. Hotel needs refurbishment as toilets / showers are dated, electrics don't work properly and windows in room don't either. Suitable for need at the price paid. Have stayed here about 6-7 times over the years. Paid for 3 towels but nobody around and never received them :(

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady who despite the language barrier did her best to check us in tell us where our room was and even told us how to get to the train station and which trains to get to Paris. However the we had to use the stairs as my partner can’t use a lift and the floors were stained and there was a musty odour in the stair well the higher we went the became a stronger smell of cigarette smoke which by the time we reached the fourth floor was overwhelming the corridor to our room was filthy and the walls and doors were marked inside the room there were pubic hairs in the sink the skirting board was black along the top and the paint was flaking off the air vents were dirty. One of the beds linens had a cigarette burn in it and neither looked particularly clean so we ended up putting our own blanket on top of the bed and two of us having to share one single bed with our own pillows. The bathroom facilities were awful there was rusty stains on the floors urine all over the floors of the toilet cubicles the showers didn’t look very inviting either. I understand that your rooms don’t cost the earth and that as a result you have to keep over heads to a minimum however I don’t think cleanliness should be optional and that you could do with rejuvenating the hotel so you can be proud of being able to charge hostel prices with 4* quality facilities I have stayed in your hotels before so knew what I was expecting with regards the shared toilets and showers etc. However this was 20 odd years ago and they where clean and tidy then I now feel perhaps a stay with F1 is to be endured instead of enjoyed which is a shame because as I say your receptionists where fantastic

Comfortable bed warm room No ensuite but washroom is ok

Bathrooms were shared and they were not so comfortable and clean. The sheets of bunk bed were not changed.
