I booked this hotel - five minutes' walk from the Stade de France - for its convenient location when I was attending an evening athletics session during the Paralympic Games. My fifth (top) floor room had a view of the stadium. Despite the proximity of a busy road, I heard no traffic noise. The room was the Ibis standard, comfortable and clean, and the aircon worked well on a warm night. I heard no other guests in the corridor or next door, and slept soundly. The breakfast buffet was fine, again the Ibis standard, with a good selection of hot and cold food. For my short stay, the hotel served me well.

Stay itself was pleasant. Great location with good public transport links with city centre. Place clean and quiet. Only downside was car park which is paid even for guests. It was not specified during check in. I found out about it accidentally. Overall fine.

Very tight security which is gd but also have to change key cause once u out cannot use again….

Excellent customer service from the moment we entered the hotel provided by Lai. We arrived very early to the hotel, and were encouraged to have breakfast while we waited for the room to be serviced. After breakfast we were allocated our room well before the official checking in time. Lai always made time to share information with us and make us feel welcome and and relaxed throughout our stay.
