After my last night at the hotel I had multiple easily identifiable skin bite from bed fleas/bug. This and the only elevator that easily make you lose 10 minutes every morning because it is always used by all floors in addition to the room cleaning staff.... I won't recommend this hotel and I don't think I'm going back. Après ma dernière nuit à l'hôtel, j'ai eu de multiples piqures de puces ou punaises de lit facilement identifiables. Des puces de lits et un ascenseur qui fait perdre facilement 10 minute tous les matins car utilisé par tous les étages en plus du personnel de nettoyage des chambres... Je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel et ne pense pas y retourner.

Bonjour, Suite à votre commentaire nous avons inspecté la chambre et nous n'avons détecté aucun problème, même si bien sûr ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver, comme dans tous les établissement sans exception. Quant à l'ascenseur, il est des horaires où il est beaucoup plus sollicité. En jours de semaine nous avons une clientèle affaire, cela génère donc plus de trafic au moment du départ pour les bureaux. Certains clients prennent l'un des deux escaliers dont dispose l'hôtel. Sincères salutations

Location was very good for Stade De France and nearby station. Room was clean. Shower head holders was broken. Air cooling system wasn’t effective enough. Room was too warm.

On the whole the experience was very good. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English which is useful as I speak very poor French. Room was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. Only negatives - slight smell of drains in the bathroom, Aircon would have been nice, and I didn't enjoy my trip to your restaurant, I found the waitress to be quite rude.

My trip was spoiled by a cooling system disorder : first in my room only, then in the whole of the hotel. The cooling system was repaired; but in my room it was also out of order. Fortunately, Lai, the receptionist found me another room! I'm surprised she was alone for the hotel this night...

It was ok but I must say that for the price I paid I was at least expecting a clean bathroom. However, except that, the staff was really welcoming, the breakfast area was super nice and the bed was really great!

My stay in ibis was good. The rooms are nice and fresh. Good isolated windows to block of the traffic outside. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff could be more helpful. The restaurant is ok and so is the breakfast.

I was surprised at how clean the hotel was. It is not a fancy hotel but very close to the Stade de France, which was our main criterion. The receptionists were very nice and friendly, the hotel very quiet and our room clean and spacious enough. I would go back.
