I chose this hotel to attend the rugby ( tickets I won in auction via limitless experiences for 25,000 points). Obviously the hotel was extremely busy and the staff were polite and helpful, however, there was no recognition of my platinum status except for a small box of chocolates placed on the bed. I use Accor all the time. Even if there was a small note and complimentary water in the room, that would’ve been better.
