The hotel parking gate doesn’t work and we had to pay extra to be in the garage. They couldn’t validate our parking but a different staff member said we could. Bad interactions with one specific staff member unprovoked. Breakfast staff were overwhelmed and the cleaning and food refills were pretty bad. The room itself and the location were great. Got everything I wanted in that perspective. After the experience I had I wouldn’t go back after looking at the positive compared to the negative.
