Nelo 2. Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

We stayed here for my friends birthday a couple weeks ago the reception staff were very accommodating, they even decorated the room when they found out it was my friends birthday which she loved. The rooms were spacious and very prefer with lots of room for storage. The hotel is right next to the train station making it very easy to get to the centre of Paris. Breakfast was okay. I would come again!!

I was satisfied with the Hotel overall except for the breakfast which was very busy and nobody came forward to help find a table for one person & I ended up having to use a table for 4 people which I saw irritated your other quests. The breakfast itself was very good.

My stay at the hotel during the match was nothing short of amazing, and what impressed me even more was that the level of service didn’t fade once the match was over. The hospitality remained just as warm, attentive, and seamless all the way through checkout. It truly felt like the team cared about every moment of my visit. Huge appreciation to Woeser for making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her effort and kindness made my stay exceptional right up to the very last minute. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Milk was not provided, and when I asked the lady at the reception, she said they are not providing milk and even asked us to pay an extra 30 euros for early check-in. Not a good service.
