For me after a long road trip, it is always disappointing to hear that "today the restaurant is closed", but I can understand, and my hunger was saved with a pizza from the bar. Something must be put in place in the APP or website , to inform coming visitors that the restaurant is closed !! As I was alone, all lights were not on as on the pictures from the website, so it felt a bit "closed" and I can again understand. Room was 10/10.

A pretty run down Hotel entrance with dozens of cigarette buds and lose debris right in front of the entrance door. The lobby was not well maintained either, untidy burn holes in one sofa. The rooms were a positive surprise, more contemporary. in the morning, the room attendants had blocked the corridor with their (2 or 3?) HSK trolleys and would not make an effort to move them on the side for the guests to pass. No greeting either, hmmm. The breakfast was ok. The check out - no smile, no eye contact, no 'hope, you enjoyed your stay', no 'thank you for staying with us', no 'safe travels', no 'hope to see you again'. Simply transactional. The gentleman, who checked us in at night was the only friendly, accommodating hospitality person we met.
