The hotel is well located near the Autobahn. Very good when travelling. Late evening arrival no problem. Hotel room could need a little bit of renovation. For one night it is OK. Breakfast buffet style, nothing has been missed.

nice room, practical parking spot. However, the checkin and checkout prodecures should be revised as they are tedious and not very practical. also the shutdown of all services "due to Corona" slowly but surely is ridiculous, as room rates remain the same, although services have been reduced to an absolute minimum.

Room and related services were OK, as always. The breakfast, however, was not well organised, to say the least. I fully understand that there should be limitations due to Covid-19 but this way it is not what I consider as a good breakfast; if it remains, I will certainly not go for it any more.

Firstly the hotel has all facilities on offer on the website of Accor, ALL, Google, etc. so arriving here and not being informed that there is NO services is unacceptable. I Expected this information to be given to me before arrival so I could change to A local IBIS which offers the same services and costs less

Dear Guest, We appreciate that you have given us feedback on your most recent hotel stay. First of all I would like to say sorry for the circumstances. We are giving our best to enable all our guests a satisfying stay and I would like to take a stance on your comments: We concede the point regarding the lack of information before your arrival about the missing services. Due the COVID Pandemic and the recent opening from our hotel two weeks ago, we are offering Accomondation, Breakfast and Conference at the moment. If the bookings are developing positively we are looking forward to open all that as soon as possible. Nevertheless we have to inform our guests better. We immediately changed our description on the internet and furthermore talked to the whole team, especially the reception staff, to communicate better when guests check in. We decided to remove things like for example newspaper, minibar drinks etc. to avoid possible ways of infection with COVID. Of course you can get all these amenities at the reception, but my colleagues have to inform you the right way. Compendius I have to say that we are very sorry for all the grievances and I would like to promise you, that we took your feedback very serious and that we have talked about it with all responsible colleagues to avoid something like that in the future. Our hotel is known as very hospitable and we are giving our best every day to show our guests how important they are and how glad we are to welcome them after the long time of shut down. following my arrival yesterday and complaint last night at the reception I want to formally report the lack of quality, service and information. As explained on the ALL website I have booked this accommodation as we are Diamond member and a travel agent. Firstly the hotel has all facilities on offer on the website of Accor, ALL, Booking, Google, etc. so arriving here and not being informed that there is NO services is unacceptable. I Expected this information to be given to me before arrival so I could change to A local IBIS which offers the same services and costs a LOT less money. I tried to book the STAR rates but upon checking the regular rates are cheaper? I have queried this with ALL but no response. As a Diamond member, you are also eligible for certain preferences but during my stay : No welcome drink/ no turndown service/no newspaper/no minibar drinks/ no dining vouchers. Also no amenities available in the room and empty soap bottle? What is the value of my Diamond status in this matter, when Accor has other properties who are operational at a normal service but I am forced to walk into town trying to find a restaurant where I can eat (all restaurants full) then come back in the hotel and spend the evening in the room without the use of the hotel's bar? I have tried to explain this in the reception but there is nothing possible to do for me and turned out to be the worst first night of our trip I have ever experienced with accor

The location is good, room is clean but it is not soundproof. We stay late at night and planning to wake up late the next day. However, the cleaning lady was clearing the room next door around 8:30am everyday which keep waking us up....

Checking in was possible in the middle of the night. Employee let us fill in several forms, regardless the fact that we had checked in online a few days before. Rooms were perfect for us, breakfast was nice (enough choices and breakfast room not crowded). Only minor point: having to pay €12 for 1 night parking seems unreasonable, given the room prices.

Room was clean and the bed was good. The only problem was the AC unit was only hot air above 20 degree and not possible to have a good sleep . As the outside temperature was 10-15 degree we needed to open the windows and get the traffic noice in.

For the average cost of over €150 per night for room and breakfast I would have expected better level of accommodation. I was checked into floor 3 but the button on the lift didn't operate to floor 3.Breakfast was poor to average standard with children allowed to lie on the floor with other guests trying to enjoy breakfast. I don't expect this for the price paid. There was no ice available in the bar for drinks at night. This is surely something that can be arranged with some planning.

Arrived ca. 22:30 to be told that there was no room (due to a technical problem, something with the plumbing or so) and that I had to go to another Hotel. Not far away, just a few kilometers by car. I do have a Accor BUSINESS PLUS Card, so the Hotel had all the info it needed to contact me earlier in the day ... Sorry guys, never again at your hotel! BTW ... the hotel you sent me to is not worth writing home about either, but so what, I've survived it.

One more trip to our Fürth office and, like most times, a stay at the MERCURE. Quality as usual, but very high pricing due to a trade fair diminishes the value- price relation ship for this stay. Hope that this will be better again next time.

We are travelling around Europe for 3 months and so are trying to keep the costs down. We’ve stayed in a number of Ibis but thought we’d ‘treat’ ourselves here. To be honest, for a lot more money we thought we had hardly any better experience. The hotel is ‘out of town’ and we ate at a chain restaurant opposite on the first night. This seemed to upset my partner’s stomach and he is still not right a week later. The cost of breakfast seemed exorbitant - 28Euros pp when we’d had a lovely breakfast at a bakery attached to our accommodation for only 6.50 Euros the day before. Needless to say, for £100 for 2 nights for us both, we have it a miss. It is half that tonight at the Inis. I wonder if the Mercure’s is more than twice as good - I doubt it. The room was adequate and ha date advantage of a fridge and a kettle, but that was about it. We did have car parking at 11 Euros per night. I think we’ll still with the Ibis in future.

As Christmas time in Nürnberg is busy it’s difficult to find something nearby. Mercure Fuerth is not bad option but... - during our stay it was refurbish work done even Sunday! No info during booking on Accor app. - we’ve been very pleased desk guy gave us early room but did not say I will be charge for it later... Defienietly need customer care improvements.

Clean and pleasant hotel, but not worth 140 Euro per night. Unfortunately the service at the reception desk was somehow absent - still some mistakes on my invoice, problems with the parking card, the welcome drink was not offered...
