Friendly welcome, room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Large bed. I was alone and noticed that the left mattress was better than the right. I was there for work. Everything was very well organized. Delicious coffee and treats.

This was my first visit to Schweinfurt and the stay at Mercure made it more comfortable and pleasant. Everything went well. Perfect location, nice view, hospitality was great, smooth checkin and checkout. Timing of breakfast. All went well for me. I’ll prefer to stay again during my next trip in near future.

I was very warmly welcomed by Silke - it is always a bit like coming home! Thank you for this, Silke! Had a very nice room as well & even got to enjoy the sauna a little. My only suggestion would be that the gym equipment would need updating. Small is fine, but it should be working, too.
