Aparthotel Adagio Access Toulouse Jolimont 2 stars

Apartment was in an okay location but I was on the ground floor and the smell was horrible. Strong cigarette and garbage smell coming from the bin room and a bit too pricey for what the room was. Day time staff was helpful but not night

The hotel is not in the center, but it's actually a good thing to know a little more of the city. Well deserve by metro, the pool it's quiet and lovely.

Not clean, dusty all around the edge of the entire apartment. Broken bed head. Bedroom and living room curtains have dried stain on it. Dry soap marks in the bathtub. It was a long stay, on the cleaning day, stained towels were put as new given towels (the receptionist kindly exchanged the main towel but when I noticed the hand towel was stained too, I could not be bothered to keep bothering the reception.) Only 1 roll of toilet was added (reception kindly provided me with an extra one) No remote for the bedroom TV (maintenance was sent to have a look but in my entire stay it was not resolved). Phone was not working (it was fixed during the stay). Carpet has not seen a deep clean for some time and it shows. I have been faithful to this hôtel for the last 2 years travelling to toulouse every 2 months. This stay was the worst. I had to clean my apartment on arrival. It is unacceptable. Especially seeing the price payed.

It was an ok stay, i was asked to pay 230 Euros as security charges, not sure if it applies only for Indians? The bathroom had a broken shower handle, the tile connecting the bath tub was already broken, the microwave was old and water was leaking. the toilet was not very clean it was ok, the room was spacious, good living room. The TV channels was not customized for international audience. The kitchen was ok for a single occupancy. The plug points are not optimally positioned

Never tried this brand before, and we had a trip though Toulouse, so we gave it a try. The hotel was situated near a Metro station, and had free car parking. Check in was quick, and friendly. We were allocated a standard room on a high floor. The kitchen area was fully equipped, and the room was clean and tidy. We would defiantly stay here again. The breakfast was also good, and had quality products. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
