I was making a reservation on my phone and the dates were changed and when I went to check in there was no reservation for that date. I was still charged for a night because it was non-refundable.

Reserved for simply a one night stay. Pre-reserved and pre-paid room made check-in very quick and easy. Having stayed previously st this hotel we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Room comfortable, reasonably spacious including bath room, etc. Also pretty quiet although next to a busy city road. Breakfast also excellent. Key feature for us was the car parking arrangements, excellent. All in all a very pleasant short stay, thanks also to the staff.

An average stay at this budget hotel The welcome at reception was fine, but nothing special, the room much the same, basic but serviceable. It's a quick 10 minute walk into the city centre. Overall it was a great place to say if you want a cheap overnight in Toulouse.
