On my check-out, I asked the receptionist to add my ACCOR-IBIS card number into my stays. I stayed 2 nights. She was quite hostile, and clamed "it was Impossible!!". I have over 970 flights, and also way more hotel stays, and I have always been able to correct the fidelity cards to my bookings, if those were missing. This is the first (and so far only) time I have head this claim, and plain refusal to not to allow addition of the ACCOR-IBIS card to the booking. What is your view on this? My card is: 30…0H3W

I booked your Ibis in Toulouse, for 2 nights. On check-out, I asked the receptionist to add my Accor-Ibis-card to my stay. She was quite hostile, which was weird, and she said "it is IMPOSSIBLE TO DO!". Wow! I have done 970 flights, and of course close to several thousand hotel nights. In every case, I have been able to add my loyalty card to the stay. As I have the card number (3…0H3W) in my corporate server, I have access to it from my computer only. How to add my number to those stay? I will do cross-Europe drive in one motth, from Helsinki/Finland to Barcelona/Spain, and I am also looking for a reliable places to stay on that trip, for total of 5-6 nights on the route.

A very warm welcome from the Receptionist on duty. We exchanged greetings, paid our Hotel Bill, and asked about places near by to Eat and following her advice had a very enjoyable meal at Bistrô XIII Toulouse - Restaurant. They were extremely grateful for their recommendation. Our room was clean, more importantly very comfortable beds Breakfast in the morning had a very good selection to choose from and with the layout of the service zones the guests were not fighting each other to obtain what the wanted especially when there was so much to choose from. Again the staff were very friendly and helpful Checkout was equally pleasant Would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay again

Room was very basic but clean. Walking distance to the train/bus station. Paid extra for breakfast but it was very limited. Convenient but probably not worth the extra $20 euros for two people. Staff was very pleasant.

Glad it was just one night as the area didn't feel very safe. Reception on arrival was a bit frosty and the lady just gave the impression she didn't want to be there. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked the room door lock system. Even though it's a budget hotel, it really needs a room safe.

It is ok but there is no kettle in the room which is not satisfactory...also , the chair is not comfortable in room , sofa chair maybe much better
