Car scratched, cigarette smell, poor breakfast

The title says it all. I understand it’s an Ibis budget but the parking is not secure, it’s in front of the hotel in an area with a lot of passage, our car was scratched all down the side in the first half hour of arriving. Never again.

I spend a very good time with my child in your hotel. Very kind, helpful and caring staff. The hotel is very very well located in Toulouse. Near the train station, the town center and many essential stores like pharmacy, bakery.... Thanks

A budget hotel offering well priced accomodation. Not much in the way of creature comforts. Staff not unfriendly but not particularly helpful. Ok for an overnight stay.
