It is well located; however, the carpet is very old and stained, and the walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The room is clean, but the overall structure feels outdated.

Very well located. Convenient for airport, town and beach with tram very close by. Room was very clean and well kept. The corridors could do with some up keep with new carpets and a refresh needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Over all very happy with my stay and would stay again if in Nice.
