However, we would like to clarify that the incident that occurred was an isolated event that took place in a private apartment within the residence. It did not involve the common areas or affect the overall security of the property. Regarding your room change request, we understand that you wished to move to a room on a higher floor, similar to some of your colleagues. As this was a preference-based request rather than a mandatory relocation, a €20 housekeeping fee was applied to cover the additional cleaning required for the apartment vacated during the change. We also take note of your comments regarding the friendliness of some members of our staff. Really lovely staff, friendly, great English speakers. Unfortunately the room was not very great, the corridors are dark, dingy & smell of cigarette smoke. The swimming pool has really rubbish opening times, and nowhere to sit, it is literally a pool with no space to even sit on the side! Breakfast very disappointing. I wish I hadn't paid for it beforehand as it would've been better to go to carrefour.

This aparthotel has the name “hotel” in the title but it’s a glorified hostel. You are expected to empty your own garbage at the end of your stay, you have to use a code to enter the front door (even if there’s someone sat at the reception) and the hallways are carpeted with stained carpets. The shower gel / shampoo bottle in my room was completely empty upon check in. If you do need more amenities such as toilet paper or towels you’re expected to pay for cleaning services. There’s a coffee machine in the room (with no coffee provided), a kettle (with no tea or bottled water). Literally the only positive is the location, it’s right by the beachfront and on the tram line from the airport. It’s a shame this hotel is under the accorhotels brand, because it’s a very poor quality place to stay which I wouldn’t expect from the brand. I wouldn’t recommend this as an enjoyable place to stay
