Regarding the room allocation and your request for a courtyard-facing room, our property had been fully booked for several weeks at the time of your stay. Room allocations are therefore made according to the availability remaining on the day of arrival, and specific requests may unfortunately be subject to availability. Regarding the floor, you were allocated the highest floor that was available on the day of your arrival. Regarding the photographs displayed on Booking.com, we have taken note of your comment. Following verification, we can confirm that the photographs published on the platform do correspond to our property and to the accommodation types offered. During your stay, you were accommodated in a studio that had been recently repainted, and photographs corresponding to this type of studio are also available on our Booking.com listing. Nevertheless, we remain attentive to ensuring that the information and photographs presented online are as representative as possible of the accommodation offered. Regarding the coffee machine, it had temporarily been removed from your studio for a thorough cleaning following the departure of the previous guest earlier that same morning. We have taken note of this incident and have reminded our teams of the importance of ensuring that all equipment is returned to the apartments once the cleaning process has been completed. Regarding cleanliness and the technical issues you encountered, we are sorry that you experienced these inconveniences. Your comments concerning housekeeping and the difficulty you experienced with the bathroom door have been forwarded to the relevant departments, in particular our housekeeping and technical teams, so that the necessary checks can be carried out and appropriate action taken. We would also like to clarify that our property operates according to the Aparthotel Adagio concept and service policy. For stays of fewer than 8 nights, housekeeping during the stay is not included in the rate, in accordance with the brand's general terms and conditions. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged at an extra charge. Fresh towels can also be requested from reception, as well as various products and supplies required during the stay, including washing-up liquid. Waste disposal is also part of the autonomous aparthotel concept: guests are invited to dispose of their waste in the designated areas. This operating model is one of the characteristics distinguishing an aparthotel from a traditional hotel offering daily housekeeping as part of the room rate. Regarding our team and, in particular, communication in English, we were surprised by your comment. Our reception team consists of colleagues who speak several foreign languages, although proficiency may naturally vary from one team member to another. Languages spoken within our team include English, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Serbian and Arabic. Nevertheless, we regret if communication with one of our colleagues was not sufficiently smooth during your stay.
