Really lovely staff, friendly, great English speakers. Unfortunately the room was not very great, the corridors are dark, dingy & smell of cigarette smoke. The swimming pool has really rubbish opening times, and nowhere to sit, it is literally a pool with no space to even sit on the side! Breakfast very disappointing. I wish I hadn't paid for it beforehand as it would've been better to go to carrefour.

Was promised an early check in over call - didn't get it. Summer months but pool wasn't open. Overall room was decent at best. Didn't even get points despite part of the booking.

This aparthotel has the name “hotel” in the title but it’s a glorified hostel. You are expected to empty your own garbage at the end of your stay, you have to use a code to enter the front door (even if there’s someone sat at the reception) and the hallways are carpeted with stained carpets. The shower gel / shampoo bottle in my room was completely empty upon check in. If you do need more amenities such as toilet paper or towels you’re expected to pay for cleaning services. There’s a coffee machine in the room (with no coffee provided), a kettle (with no tea or bottled water). Literally the only positive is the location, it’s right by the beachfront and on the tram line from the airport. It’s a shame this hotel is under the accorhotels brand, because it’s a very poor quality place to stay which I wouldn’t expect from the brand. I wouldn’t recommend this as an enjoyable place to stay

Even though the pictures look very good on the description, the confrontation with reality unveils an abyssal, misleading gap. The hotel is very old and not properly maintained. The shower seals have moisture. The bed was very uncomfortable and created neck and back pain. All the carpet have several stains. Trash bags are left in the corridors… However, poeple at the front desk are welcoming.
