Super clean. Budget, no fancy wardrobes and all that frills, yet comfortable. Excellent location, easy connectivity through trams L2 and L3, and bus 12+. Family room of 5 on 9th floor had a decent view to the sea. Space in room just enough, not cramped. Modest breakfast (no hot item, but you get hot water). There are vending machines where you could buy essential food items, and a free-to-use microwave oven too. Best are the staff at reception, very helpful. Always offering practical tips if you ask for some help. Check in and Check out experience were great. Housekeeping staff lived Upto the reputation of cleanliness of this hotel, the main reason, other than budget and location, we booked it for. Thank you very much. Should we visit Nice again, we won’t hesitate to book this one.

We stay one week, the position is beautiful and near the sea, the room was extremely cleaned every day.

I just needed a place to stay, not too expensive, for family matters and it is not the first time I stay here. The value is perfect. The room is clean and has all the necessary. Tram just outside so very convenient.
