The hotel has a convenient location close to the Promenade and public transport. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. Housekeeping started knocking on the door at 9:50 AM, which felt too early. Cleaning was very superficial – crumbs were barely swept from the floor and the bed was made carelessly. During a six-night stay, the bed linen was never changed. At check-in there were only two towels for two guests. Later a third towel (bath mat) appeared and then disappeared again. Each time we returned to the room, we were unsure how many towels we would have. Hot water in the thermos at the lobby was barely warm, making it impossible to prepare proper coffee. Large student groups were sometimes staying at the hotel, making it almost impossible to use the lift as it was constantly occupied. Our room faced the entrance roof. The view consisted of concrete, dirt, cigarette butts and cans directly below the window. Additionally, the window opening limiter was broken, allowing the window to open fully onto the roof, which felt unsafe. Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

The location is very good. We enjoyed taking the walk to vieux Nice Ville along the promenade. The view is fantastic. The room is small but comfortable and functional. We enjoyed our stay here.
