One of the best hotels, still their charging policy is no comment. They charged me twice without any explanation and I'm still waiting for the answer from the hotel.

We're grateful for the stay and service. Still we're waiting for the cash back. The sum is small, but it was done twice and I have the screenshots of the withdrawal.
