The beds unfortunately were very used and we slept in a spoon like position because of the dips in the bed. We opted out of room cleaning because there is a fear of security and our belongings. The only day we did opt out for cleaning a brand new shirt disappeared from the room. After we decided to put up the do not disturb sign again but someone still came in. To your benefit the male receptionist actually was very thoughtful and tried to help us locate the shirt. When you in fact did not locate the correct one no one even offered to compensate for the loss.
