The room was old, not corresponding at all with the picture on the site - It's the first time I'm so unsatisfied with All.com and I consider changing of hotel mark for the future.

Tired, dated hotel - a long way from the advertised 4*

Stayed for a couple of night whilst visiting the Carnaval. Normally stay further into the centre ville at the Mercure but they don't allow families to stay in rooms so we opted for the Adagio Nice Promenade Des Anglais as it offered apartments. We booked a four person apartment however this doesn't mean two bedrooms! It was one bedroom with two single beds. The adults had to sleep on a dirty, uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. As we paid extra for a sea view room, this also meant that we were kept awake much of the night but the road noise which is right outside the hotel and relentless. You have to clean your own room and empty your own bins! We had a large deposit taken from our credit card :( The room was very tired with paint falling off the walls and mould in the bathroom. We asked for the room to be setup for the family - this was ignored. €16 per person for breakfast is way overpriced so we ate out. The staff we met were friendly enough and helpful. The hotel is just old, tired and in need of a major refurb. I'm annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews properly before booking. Hey ho.

We paid for the room with the bathroom. The receptionist refused to help. How can they provide people with rooms paid by others? No doubt it's great to be close to the sea. Anyway that's the same when you buy a dress and they give you a skirt. We were disappointed.

As always, the staff at Adagio Aparthotel were wonderful and incredibly helpful. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The room was spacious enough to accommodate six people comfortably. While it may not be a five-star suite, it was clean, well-prepared, and equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free stay—there was no need to contact reception for any additional requests. The only downside was the limited parking availability, which could be improved.

Had a wonderful stay at Apartadagio Nice... Promenade Des angles. The staff were particularly nice and very helpful. We were expecting a parcel and it was our last day with the parcel still enroute. They kindly called and ensured that the parcel was delivered before our departure. That aside they were most helpful with many other things.
