Well located, BUT ....

We're a couple with two kids: The hotel is well located, but the service and amenities are poor; although the staff are kind, they speak poor French / English. Although checked in online and being silver tier member, I had to linger long time on the reception desk as it was crowded with people waiting like me, and only one employee was handling it all! And the icing on the cake: the room was very smelly, we barely believed it was serviced; a very bad (like vomiting) smell was all over the place, we asked for assistance but the only person on the reception couldn't do anything as the hotel was fully booked and the room service team wasn't there!!! so we had to stay in a stinky apartment that costs 500 euros a night and smile. And to not forget anything, the apartment is super noisy and poorly isolated; we struggled to sleep at night as we heard every single car passing in the street. I don't recommend this hotel!

The room was perfect and did the job but looking a little dated, the electric awning and blind were a nice touch. One negative was we had to give 200e over as a deposit which we weren't aware of ( maybe we missed some small print somewhere) but then on the flip side a lady helped us with some information we needed to help us with an issue we have with our airline
