Bad food smell in the fifth floor hallway. Unfriendly and unfriendly reception. Poor breakfast. They don't clean the room the next day. They treat GOLD members poorly.

I chose this aparthotel very consciously, mainly because of its stunning location right on the seafront. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sea from the balcony was truly the highlight of my entire stay. In fact, the view alone deserves a solid four - five stars - it’s the kind of scenery that instantly puts you in holiday mode and makes you want to slow down and relax. Unfortunately, this is where the list of genuinely impressive features ends. Despite being advertised as a four‑star property, the aparthotel failed to meet my expectations associated with this category. The standard felt significantly overstated: from the moment I stepped inside, it became clear that the “four stars” existed mostly on paper. Furniture felt tired, finishings seemed neglected, and the overall atmosphere was far closer to a mid‑range accommodation than a higher‑end seaside escape. The bathroom was absolutely basic. The breakfast offering also left a lot to be desired. Although there was an attempt at providing variety, the quality simply wasn’t there. Especially the lack of vegetables was noticeable. For a place that positions itself as upscale, the morning experience was underwhelming, and it certainly didn’t help elevate the overall impression. What made this gap between expectation and reality even more disappointing was the price. The stay was unquestionably expensive - one of the main reasons I assumed the standard would live up to its advertised rating. Instead, I found myself paying a premium primarily for location, while the actual experience delivered much less than promised. To put it simply: the location is phenomenal, but the rest is average. And when you’re paying four‑star prices, “average” doesn’t feel acceptable. I left with mixed feelings - grateful for the beautiful moments by the sea, but disappointed by the overall value for money. If you’re looking purely for a direct access to the promenade, you’ll be satisfied. But if you expect a full four‑star experience - from accommodation quality to food and overall comfort - you may end up feeling that what you pay for and what you actually receive don’t quite match.

All their staff is very kind and eager to help in any way possible. As a senior on my own I always feel very safe living in such a hotel in a neighbourhood with lots of small shops and restaurants on offer. Public transportation is right at the door with the bus seaside and the tram behind our building.

Very luxurious and spacious place. Perfect for larger families and in a gorgeous central location with a stellar view. The staff was all extremely sweet. I highly recommend this location for travelers and give this hotel my highest review.

Aparthotel is conveniently located across the beach and overlooks the whole Nica bay. Public transport options are great and just a couple of minutes walk. Apartment that we stayed in was soooo spacious, clean and well equipped. Hotel staff were very polite and nice. Jerome was extremely helpful with some practical information and tips. This was our third stay at this aparthotel and we would definitelly come again.
