Room was comfortable but needs upgrading. Wardrobe door needs refitting ad shower wasn’t great. Glasses in bar had hairs stuck to them. That said our stay was good, comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t complain for this reason, but attention to detail required in areas stated.

Great to see your recent review, I am however sorry to see your comments in relation to your shower and a glass received from the bar. I do hope that the team were on hand to resolve these points whilst you were still at the hotel.

Overall a good experience yet room for improvements. Parts of the hotel, especially in the room and in the restaurant, we're looking quite tired. Loo roll extremely cheap, which, in my opinion leaves room for thought of what else has been skimped on. Every member of staff that I interacted with were really friendly and helpful 🙂
