Given an early check in as members, but the room was incredibly hot even with the window open! The staff gave us a fan but the noise of it didn't allow us to sleep!!!

Staff members very friendly and helpful. Room not great extremely unhappy. Pit in a complaint regarding stay. No rest or sleep. Paid to check out late 3pm left at midday. Requesting a full refund

Was there for one night, no food only 1 pizza in the hotel no desserts only apple crumble what was like a slab of concrete had no custard or ice cream plan Jane. Also doing work in the lobby place was a joke I will be telling my company NOT to book again
