We are regular users of Ibis hotels in the UK and although this wasn't our first stay in Manchester it was the first at this particular branch. Nice room up on 7th floor with everything we needed. Helpful welcoming staff. Good room service from Sylwia and others.

We had a one night stay to attend a gig at the nearby O2 Ritz. Nice friendly staff on reception gave us details how to get to the venue and made sure that we were aware of their late night entry policy.

Stayed many times . Usual really. It appears the WiFi has changed tho. And only works with one device go back to how it used to be. Other than that no issues.
