I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. It was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests. Room was clean, spacious, bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep I've had in a while. The location is ideal, making it perfect for both leisure and business travellers. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options and was a great way to start the day! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning!

The room was decent and well equipped and it was in a good location ti walk to the O2 Apollo. Breakfast was fine- self service with loads of choice.

Foul Odour & building work

I stayed in room 401, when we arrived there were builders working outside the room making it a struggle to gain access and egress this went on until after 6pm and resumed the next morning, the next morning upon waking the room stunk of raw sewerage, on complaining to reception I was told send an email. But was told a few people had had the same complaint over the previous days.
