We truly appreciate your continued support. We’re sorry to hear that your check-in took longer than expected. Although online check-in can save some time, guests are still required to visit the reception desk upon arrival so that we can complete any outstanding payment requirements, verify the details, and provide the room key. We understand this may not have been clear, and for future stays, you may find it more convenient to simply complete the check-in process at reception. Regarding your welcome drink, as a Silver member, you can redeem your welcome drink voucher at any time during your stay through the app. Our bar is open for alcoholic beverages from 11:00am to 2:00am, while soft drinks are available 24/7. We’re sorry if this was not clearly explained to you upon arrival. Had you mentioned it to our team during your stay, we would have been happy to assist you and arrange your welcome drink.
