What you described is far below our usual standards, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience this caused. However, we are extremely surprised that the issues were only brought to our attention AFTER you checked out from your 5 nights stay. By doing so, you've not given us the opportunity to fix any of your concerns as, had we been made aware, the Team would have happily offer appropriate solutions to make your time with us much more comfortable. Meanwhile, be assured that we are addressing these matters urgently with our Head Housekeeper and Maintenance Engineer to ensure they do not happen again.
