Lovely warm welcome and recognised as a returning customer with a lovely card and chocolates in my room. Just a note about room 205 which didn’t affect my stay at all but FYI - couldn’t phone for room service as there was no dialling tone and the toilet continued to fill until I lifted up the handle.

Room was ok, water pressure in hand basin was very low, hardly any water coming out of tap.

We will check that water pressure to be sure, but, just so you know, for our 'Green Key' (environmental assessment) commitments, we have to restrict the pressure on all taps to 5 litres per minute. We checked, this was already repaired.
