It was a great surprise to see a Nespresso machine in the room however it was very disappointing to find that the capsules provided were not Nespresso ones, the ones supplied were horrible. It is always a pleasure to visit this hotel because the staff are always helpful and very friendly.

The capsules are the only ones we can find that fit the machine, sorry you didn't like them. Great to read your comments about the hotel and staff, see you soon.

As a regular resident and a Diamond member, I always stay at Novotel Manchester West. I have always been warmly greeted by Vas, who is always ready to help with no hesitation and always makes guests feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much to ask. One particular experience really stood out to me. I witnessed another customer arrive by taxi, but the driver could not accept card payments and would only take cash. Without any hesitation, Vas stepped in and paid for the taxi straight away, which made the customer extremely happy and relieved. Vas consistently goes above and beyond, always putting customers first. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly make a difference and are a big reason why I continue to stay at this hotel regularly.

The room was pleasant and clean. The bar and restaurant were pleasant but the menu was very limited.

Oh dear, only a seven score? Unlike most of our competitors, we make our dishes from scratch. On top of the starters and puds, there are twelve mains plus four salads and pizzas. I don't think that our guests are expecting the choice they would get, in say a Wetherspoons, but they are expecting it to be great quality.

We had a good stay but it was spoiled by a bathroom flood due to a blocked shower drain. We were in an accessible room with walk in shower as I have mobility issues.

Some really nice comments, thank you so much. We do our best to make sure that all the team read them, so again, big thank you. Maintenance will check the drain.
