The experience walking in and speaking to staff was welcoming. The only encouragement I would give is that the vegetarian sausages need to go...I am not sure if that's the only option but they need to go

People were banging until 2am. I couldn't take a shower as the shower/wet room had mould and dirt. I took pictures.

Ohhhh Dear, our apologies regarding other inconsiderate guests. When ever we are informed of a incident like this, the night team always investigate, I can't see any request in our log for that night. I have just checked the shower cubical, which is perfectly serviceable, so I really don't know why you considered it wasn't on your stay, but our apologies again for any dissatisfaction.
