Stayed for 1 night with family and kids. The reception team members are great to talk to. And the breakfast was too good and have many options. They did extra care by providing the boil eggs.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting family. Excellent service and fantastic breakfast. Very enjoyable stay (even though I did leave something behind in the room as we left :) )

We stayed 3 nights and they didn't service our room We came in on the afternoon of our last night stay and we went to the room and it wasn't serviced at all Went to reception and they didn't take our word that it wasn't serviced and left us stood around with no idea what's going on. My partner ended suggested they gave us a clean room whilst they were sorting whatever they were doing as we were stood around like plums so my partner asked for a room next to ours so we could move our stuff over but no they were sending us somewhere else in the hotel until my partner put her foot down

Whilst I wish you had a better experience, I feel the need to enlighten anybody reading your review. So now for the facts, twice you sent housekeeping away, when they went to service your room, and two days you had either 'skip the clean' or 'do not disturb' on your door. I think I've commented enough, except to say when I was speaking with you on departure only pleasant things were discussed?

The stay went well except one issue. Lady bugs in 334 initially given. Though it got sorted as we were moved to a different room, the response of staff was "Its only a Lady ug and cannot bite or harm"
