I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lift being out of service. Unfortunately, this was the result of an unexpected power outage, which was beyond our control. However, our lift engineer was on site and worked promptly to restore service, with the lift back in operation within a few hours. We also appreciate your comments regarding the in room amenities. Over all very disappointed with the stay. Even prison cells these days have a kettle. When I booked i was told a few minutes walk from the centre yet it was a long walk especially with cases. A toilet in like a tiny cupboard and the shower straight into the bedroom. i could never stay there again Other team members staying in the other Ibis were disappointed by the ting bathroom. Really put me off Ibis, However the Princess street staff were fantastic friendly and helpful
