The room was clean enough and the hotel in a good location. The room got particularly cold throughout the night and I had to repeatedly wake up and turn the heating on. However, my main concern was the attitude of the staff upon check in. We were met with cold, unhelpful staff members who actually looked like they would rather be anywhere but work. We did arrive a little early (15 minutes) prior to check in and as policy were told check in not until 3pm. However, to have a queue of customers waiting to check in and three members of staff, rolling their eyes, looking nonchalant, poor queue management meant I was checked in after a number of other people who arrived after me. As someone with anxiety, being met with such disdain and general lack of helpfulness was extremely frustrating and I genuinely wouldn’t recommend this specific hotel again.

Got exactly what I paid for in a prime spot for why I came to the city. Only issue was the panel on the wall for temperature didn't want to work, but didn't need up ending the heating anyway.
