Checked in with my two daughter. Room 129 TV broken, the shower is inappropriate for me as a male with my two daughters. The aircon went off and eventually my room was changed. On top of this had to pay for a kettle

Great location for the coop live. However room very very basic (no tea or coffee facilities which would have been appreciated). Shower is in a very odd place considering the room slept 3, some more privacy would have been appreciated 😅. Would happily stay again for a concert.

Fast check in. But informed no double room so triple room with over hang offered. Not acceptable . Plus no lifts working.
