Well located budget hotel Was clean and tidy with mostly friendly staff. Good check in and check out times. More options for breakfast would be good like hot food / cooked breakfast. No bar but they do have a vending machine and pizza shop and Costa nearby as well as some shops. There was a rude staff member having an argument in another language whilst on her phone in the kitchen whilst we were eating breakfast which made breakfast awkward and a more unpleasant experience. Could do with more storage options in the room. Having a separate toilet cubicle with a separate shower and sink visible in the room was a surprise but functional. Tea and coffee tray should have been included in the price especially when it doubled the second night ( hardly call it budget at £140 for that night).

A prison that’s classed as a hotel, £140 for one night stay, firstly the night man was extremely rude, the heating in the room did not work, shivering to sleep, to later find out that they turn the heating of on a night time, and was told rudely that we should of came down in the middle of the night to get a portable heater!! Which u shouldn’t have to do cos u expect them to have working heating, the toilets are not even built for midgets, you have to sit with the door open, if you did close the door you would have your feet sticking out the bottom of the door, cos the door gap was so huge, also the lighting is terrible had the smallest window ever that let no light in at all, overall this hotel is not worth it, and would be more comfy to sleep outside cos it would be warmer??!?? Also kept getting woken up by people running up and down the hall ways at 3/4 in the morning,
