Housekeeping rushed into my room without even knocking on Monday morning BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME. Incident happened at 11-50-11:55 am, check out time is at noon. I have the right to stay at the room until noon without being disturbed by housekeeping. This is also a major lack of privacy as what if I was changing? Or taking a shower when this happened? I would have my privacy completely violated. You need to better prepare your staff. I also tried calling multiple times during Monday morning to discuss late check out options (mentioned by your check-in receptionist as one of my perks as a Platinum member). Did anyone pick up the phone? Nope. And I tried calling multiple times, I don’t know why you have a phone at this point.

i get it’s got budget in the name but to not include a hand towels to dry your hands with is very budget, luckily just used the shower towels but shouldn’t have to. room wasn’t exactly clean but we were only here for a concert and to sleep for a few hours then head home so wasn’t worth complaining while we were there but regardless i should be clean.

We stayed here as we wanted the cheapest hotel possible in close proximity to Co Op Live when we stayed this week for Ice Nine Kills. That sums up this hotel pretty well - a cheap one in convenient proximity to the venue. The rooms are very small, but they have everything you need when all you're going to be doing is crashing there for a few hours after a show. The rooms don't have bathrooms - the shower and sink are next to the bed and the toilet is the size of an airplane toilet (and smells like one too!). I don't want to be rude, but a plus-size person is going to struggle in there!! Also, the mirror lightbulb is a low watt warm bulb rather than a bright bulb, which isn't ideal for those of us doing makeup! The decor needs a bit of a touch-up too. The staff we saw were all nice. Summary - if all you're using it for is to sleep in after seeing a band, it's fine. If you intend to spend any actual time in it, I'd choose another hotel.

Probably get the coop live footfall now like us but wow this is basic for the money. Manchester Centre is b expensive now and the room so basic with no tea, coffee, kettle. Shower and basin in the room. Not worth the high price only ok for a sleep after the gig
