Lovely helpful staff, right across the hotel, from check-in, bar staff and especially breakfast. The hotel has a grand location and is in lovely rural grounds, which meant having the window open there was no issue with road noise. I stayed in one of the Executive Rooms, which frankly I found a little tired and in need of an uplift. Especially the bathroom, which had obviously suffered a few leaks and had an odour of damp. despite that, I did have a good nights sleep.

After having used carers space to access a night of respite, I mixed the date up and arrived a day late. The staff at check in were really helpful despite getting to grips with a new system, and finding an available room. I was so very grateful for your compassion and we were are to utilise a well needed rest.

The spa was great but over then that need to look in to things

The toilet was so close to the walk in shower once someone had used the shower it was quite dangerous if myself or my wife needed the toilet the bathroom floor was still very wet. May I suggest tha a squeeze mop would have been handy.
