We came to funeral here, most of the staff here are great however one individual thought it would be appropriate to shout at one of the young girls attending. He was vile and made her feel very uncomfortable. His reason was he wanted to know if she wanted water but was unhappy she had not heard him as decided to scream, at her! awful management response as was told just a misunderstanding.

Upgraded to a suite! Which basically means a basic standard room in any other hotel! Room was hot but no water! Rang and was told tap water only! However as water only trickles out the tap had to do with Luke warm water! Rang the night porter Paul to tell him tap wasn’t working properly, he said only thing he can do is charge me for cold water! Great!

We went to the Boogie Bingo Christmas party on Saturday. What an absolute blast. Great DJ, Great atmosphere and what a lovely waiter we had. His name was Caine and he really made our night. Will defo be back

Had a fantastic time at the Boogie Bingo night, loads of fun. The DJs were very good, as was our waiter Caine who was very attentive and polite. The food was ok but had a great night, will definitely go again next year.
