Lots of Improvements Required

The hotel is conveniently located off a junction of the M6 which suited us well as we were travelling after a long day working. There is plenty of parking and the hotel looks pleasant from the front. Our room was a good size but single glazed and cold. It took a very long time to warm up. What passes for the restaurant is located in the conservatory area of the bar. The staff were pleasant but overworked at peak times. The food was nothing short of dreadful.
