The room was neat and comfortable. The ambience is welcoming. However, the breakfast is expensive and it doesn't include scrambled eggs and sausages.

From the moment we entered the hotel until the moment we left (apart from it being a good, clean hotel in a convenient location), ALL the staff had a smile for us. Each and every one was friendly, helpful and welcoming. That's ALL the staff - whichever task they do to keep the hotel running smoothly. I was especially 'touched' to receive the written, personal welcome note in my room.

The room was not conducive to working from. Easy and more comfortable to sit in my car and work. I am still waiting for the parking receipt ..... I asked for a printed copy but was refused. I am still waiting for the email..... ri… please send it for £14.00

Room clean and comfortable. Just missed having a kettle to make a morning coffee
