The room was clean and the beds where comfy. How ever no kettle or hot drink facilities in room, all had to be requested at reception. Also paid for late checkout(3pm) but unfortunately our key cards did not work after 12pm.

We stayed the Ibis for one night whilst visiting Manchester for a concert, it was perfect for our needs, the room was clean upon arrival with plenty of towels and pillows, the beds were comfortable and the room was well presented. The start were really knowledgeable and very friendly
