Whilst these areas are cleaned and vacuumed regularly, I am sorry to hear that you noticed dust and debris during your stay. We do occasionally face challenges with some permanent carpet staining and residue from historic cleaning treatments, but the areas should nevertheless be presented in a clean and tidy condition.
