I would like to thank the receptionist who checked me in when I arrived on the Sunday evening. I did come with a rather unusual request in that I wanted two previously unrelated room bookings to connect (for context I had booked the one night Sunday to Monday under my own name, and then Monday to Friday was booked for me by Teach First). The receptionist however was able to facilitate my request on this matter, and so I am grateful to her for going the extra mile to make my stay easy and enjoyable.
