Charged twice for rooms. The acknowledged this and said they would refund. Seven days later this has not happened and after being cut off 13 times on phone I find them uncontactable. The accessible room had no towels and appeared not to have been cleaned properly

MPDMS Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Would you like to experience a prison a and pay a premium for it? Stay here. I was marched out or my room wearing underwear and then berated for wearing underwear by a grinning henchman and his croney. I paid via Booking.com but they took another payment from me. The rooms are spartan, staff are awful, location is terrible. Never ever ever book this hotel. If you do, you will regret it.

My stay was nothing special. The usual. My issue is with parking. On the day I left I needed keep my car in the car park longer that the 24 hours daily parking allowance. The receptionist said she could put my car registration in as a visitor entitling me to 2 hours grace. She obviously didn’t do it because today I got a parking fine and an admin charge from the car rental company potentially costing me £140 in total.

We had a function in the quays and the other hotels were astronomically priced. It is what is. Its budget. The room was clean but basic. The shower was in the room which I hate in any hotel. The beds are a little hard but again it was £45 and we literally got ready went out and came back. It does what it says on the tin

Room were not very clean, staff left from previous stay, staff looked like not so happy to work. No smile. No genuine interest to help the guests.
