Bed was comfortable enough. Cold shower in the morning and expensive car parking. If you take into account £14 for car parking you may want to just pay £14 more for a better hotel with free parking. Reception staff were friendly and there is a Tesco Express, McDonald's and Indian/Pakistani restaurant close by.

As expected, but parking charges are higher than advertised

Both on your website and on the notice boards around the build the parking charge is advertised. Yet on the vehicle register screen and when trying to pay the desk tried to charge a higher price stating that the website is incorrect. No mention of the printed notice boards. Surely this should be amended before increasing the price. Not the other way round.

Parking is £14 per night - don't be fooled by the hotel price. This isn't noted on their website or hotel agency app listings. Plug sockets are on the opposite side of the room, so you can't use your device and charge it at the same time - you'd need an extension cable.
