The hotel is strategically located in a central area of Paris, at a walkable distance from many Paris attractions and yet in a small street that offers the feeling of living in a real neighborhood like a local. Many options to move around, a bus just around the corner, metro, and at a walkable distance from the RER B to and from CDG airport. The staff was really kind and helpful and the room very clean. My room was facing an internal courtyard and so it was really quiet. The breakfast was amazing. I was so pleased with my choice for this hotel. I will certainly be back.

The service was quick. the hotel is well located. the breakfast was nice. but the room next to the elevator was a bit noisy. The mattress was a bit soft (neck pain in the morning) but it is a bit subjective.

Pros: - Location. There are several metro stations and shops in a walking distance, and a great bakery right across the street. - Breakfast. The selection was not astounding by any means, by it was varied enough to have something new each day. Food was of good quality and tasty. - Beds. Comfortable and decently spacious, good pillows. - Staff. Everyone was welcoming and eager to help us. Cons: - Rooms. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent (you'll hear every slamming door on your floor in the morning when everybody leaves for breakfast). Rooms are quite cramped. Bathroom has no soundproofing as well (thanks to a decent gap under the door) so everyone else in the room will hear what you do there. Showers are rather small too (I'm not overweight at all, and it was still inconvenient).

Stay was ok. It was rather far from the Montparnasse train station. Rooms were quite small but then it's Paris! Disappointed with breakfast....good choice but after 9.15-9.30am nothing is really left! And staff wasn't pleasant. Common areas weren't very clean. So a rather disappointing overall experience.

The room and facilities were up to my expectations (even if the room (and especially the shower) is rather small).However, the reception and breakfast were disappointing and, most of all, the corridors are too noisy. The walls and doors are not sufficiently insulated and, as a result, it is possible to hear people walking, shoering, watching TV, etc. We also had a very unpleasant experience: someone started shouting in the corridor of our floor (4tg floor) at 4AM. The woman was very loud, very aggressive and was threatening to shoot on someone. The entire floor woke up, it was rather scary. I am not sure whether the woman was a guest or not, but, if not, it should be taken asa warning to increase security in the hotel so that non guests cannot access the upper floors.

I arrived little early but they let me check in. I got a room with a outside view which was very pretty in the morning. The breakfast was included so I enjoyed my stay very much. There were some noise between floors/walls at night or early morning, but other than that it was a great decision to stay here. Staffs were very kind.

Room and breakfast was good, but the welcome was terrible. We arrive around 11 am from an international flight, we kindly ask the receptionist when the room will be ready and if they could give it earlier (as there was still more than 5 rooms available from the previous nights). Receptionist was barely answering our question just stating check in is at 2 pm and not trying at all to be helpful. After 1 hour he finally told us room would be ready soon but.
