The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit worn around the edges (e.g. the bathroom door had scrapes and bash marks, the bathroom fittings needed updating) but it was a good location. The biggest problem was the air conditioning unit was very noisy. It made loud clunking and whirring noises, which made it hard to sleep.

We stayed for 3 nights and the location was very good. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby and the metro is only a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is quite basic, but clean. The room is a fair size and the beds are comfy. There were no Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room and no mini fridge either. If like us, you’re not planning on spending much time in your room throughout the day and are only looking for a base to sleep then this hotel is ideal.

Very well located. Some rooms are very small, particularly the bathroom! Had a better room and experience on the last 2 nights. Very helpful staff, no coffee/tea making facilities unfortunately!

I felt this hotel was very misleading- the website showed photos of simple but modern, fresh bright rooms. My room was the total opposite of this- old, tired, 70s, and run down. For 170= euros per night I expected a lot better than this. The room was unbearably hot - the air con didn't work, the control for the air con was hanging off the wall and flashed all night long because of an error that hasn't been dealt with - it made it very hard to sleep. The pillows were so old they had no support and the bed linen had seen better days. All in all it was pretty grim- it felt like a prison cell (and a very hot one) rather than a hotel room. There;s a lot of work to do to bring this up to the standard worthy of what you're charging per night. In the morning I didn't bother with breakfast because I couldn't wait to leave my incredibly hot room and the hotel in general. Pretty awful all in all. The one compliment I'll give is that the gentlemen who checked me in late at night was very pleasant, polite and helpful.
