An excellent hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by a warm and friendly team: Laëtitia, Julio, Issam, Brahim, Fahendy – the youngest – and Remy, the “big boss.” The comfort of the rooms is remarkable, especially thanks to the high‑quality mattresses that guarantee a truly restful sleep. Every room is impeccably clean. Breakfast is generous, with freshly delivered pastries and bread each morning at dawn, adding a delicious touch to the stay. I have been staying at this hotel regularly for five years, and I always feel right at home. Everything was good with the exception of check-in procedure. This needs to be improved. Our friends arrived the hotel 45 minutes before we did and they were still doing the check-in when we arrived. Then, for our booking, it took another 30 minutes. The front desk at night was very helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit worn around the edges (e.g. the bathroom door had scrapes and bash marks, the bathroom fittings needed updating) but it was a good location. The biggest problem was the air conditioning unit was very noisy. It made loud clunking and whirring noises, which made it hard to sleep.

We stayed for 3 nights and the location was very good. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby and the metro is only a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is quite basic, but clean. The room is a fair size and the beds are comfy. There were no Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room and no mini fridge either. If like us, you’re not planning on spending much time in your room throughout the day and are only looking for a base to sleep then this hotel is ideal.
