Concern Regarding Booking Issue Dear Ibis Hotel Team, I recently made a mistake while booking my stay and accidentally selected the wrong date. My intended arrival is on the 15th, not the 12th. I understand this error is my responsibility, and I’m willing to accept a penalty for the adjustment. However, when I called to explain my situation, I was met with a response that felt dismissive and unhelpful. While I understand policies are in place, being charged the full amount for a stay I didn’t use seems extremely unfair. I was genuinely looking forward to staying at your hotel for the first time, but this experience has left a very negative impression. I kindly request that you reconsider the resolution to this matter, as I would still like to experience your hospitality in the future. Looking forward to your understanding and a fair resolution. Rooms are small. Crowded.. no space in the lift.. the breakfast spread was the only respite

2 nights with an horrendous room. generally rooms are too small for 3 people.
