The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of Montparnasses station, which basically connects to everywhere in Paris. It is in a quiet street but close to a great buzz in Montparnasse. The staff were consistently extremely friendly and helpful. The room was newly fitted out and the matress very comfortable. (Yes, the room was quite small, but this is central Paris!) The breakfast was substantial and had had a good range of foods. The parking (for small cars only!) was a bonus. A very good value find!

The staff were delightful and helpful. However the bedrooms we so small and badly designed. There was no space for my luggage and I there was a small gap on one side of the bed. The plug sockets were under lighted headboard which made them difficult to access especially with an adaptor and the USB sockets didn't work. There were two hanging globe lights which I just kept banging my head on. I frequently use IBIS hotels but this had the smallest bedrooms of any I had used before.

Not at all as expected..approx 15-20mins from Montparnesse. Room was on first floor near reception - given an accessible room with no mention in the confirmation. The Shower head water went straight onto the toilet making it all wet. The breakfast was simple with limited variety

I was very surprised that we had a room on a level that there was no elevator, in our reservation clearly appeared a baby, so it was interesting that we had that room assigned! The hotel was being renovated, so there was details missing, the room needed a deeper cleaning. After all a gentleman in the reception help us out reassigning our room.

If you are a fan of badly designed, poorly appointed and extremely tiny and cramped hotel rooms, then you will love this hotel! The entire room had only 2 electrical outlets: one of them at head height pointed downwards so that your plug can simply fall out of it, and the other in the bathroom. Amenities were minimal; just 2 towels and no wash cloths or kleenex. The room was extremely cramped, with barely any clearance between the bed and the desk so you could not walk to where a shelf was located. The toilet was crammed into an angled corner of the bathroom without enough room for the legs in front, so you had to sit sideways to do your business!! This shouldn't even be legal...and yet i got charged Eur143 for this!
