Upsetting as the air con was switched off and the small cramped room was horribly hot and stuffy. I paid what the female receptionist asked me to pay when we arrived. Then later an older white haired male receptionist shouted at me because I hadn’t paid the city tax for my 16 year old! Clearly this was the hotels own fault I told them she was 16 when we arrived! But he kept shouting at me even though I hadn’t paid my card in my hand ready to pay the difference. Really horrible will never go back!

As mentioned, I understand that accomodation in a big city has it's limitations, but having been a regualar customer within the ACCORD Group, I'm disappointed that 1st of all my loyalty is not taken into account and not putting me in a normal room + normal bathroom and secondly that the price should also be considered for a normal rate and not taking the opportunity to increase the prices due to an International Fair in the week it's reserved. Therefore disappointing !

Regarding the rate, prices do vary depending on demand, and major events in Paris can indeed impact availability and pricing. An excellent hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by a warm and friendly team: Laëtitia, Julio, Issam, Brahim, Fahendy – the youngest – and Remy, the “big boss.” The comfort of the rooms is remarkable, especially thanks to the high‑quality mattresses that guarantee a truly restful sleep. Every room is impeccably clean. Breakfast is generous, with freshly delivered pastries and bread each morning at dawn, adding a delicious touch to the stay. I have been staying at this hotel regularly for five years, and I always feel right at home.
