Cosy hotel in the centrum of Beaulieu-sur-mer. Immediate vicinity of train station, bus stop and grocery store. Upper rooms have some limited view over the rooftops. Very helpful and smiling staff at reception. Breakfast is simple, but coffee is suprisingly good for a hotell breakfast :) The only thing we were missing from the room is a fridge, but this is just a tiny detail. We would return!

Nice welcome but very basic room with tatty furniture. Not even a tissue in the bathroom and only squeezey soap. Coffee at breakfast was good. Limited food and not a lot of tables. Sadly somewhat disappointed, but hotel is well placed in the centre of town.

Staff very friendly, excellent location with easy access by train or bus, comfortable room, good restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. Stroll to the beautiful bay and gardens. Fascinating view from room balcony watching crashing waves, and trains and buses coming and going along the coast.

I was hoping for a bar, to drink and chat. A bar is indicated on the walls near reception. But actually, there isn't one. I didn't like the decor in my room (just my taste, sure!) and the breakfast and lounge areas are very cramped. But the coffee and juice are EXCELLENT

This hotel is in an excellent location, with friendly helpful staff who speak good English. Breakfast was a bit sparse at the start, possibly because the hotel was quite quiet, but got better once they started regularly topping up and opened up the other room. It's an excellent choice if you like the area.

We arrived very late and we were very warmly welcomed by the guy at the reception! The kids loved the high sleeper and the room was spotless clean. Breakfast was also good, more than we expected. With good coffee! The lady at the reception was also very friendly. Location is really good, between the beach and city center. Only drawback is, that you have to find a parking spot yourself, because there is no parking. Overall we felt really welcome and really enjoyed our stay! 10+
