Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Selvin or Salvin - sorry, if spelled wrong), especially at the reception. Rooms absolutely clean, perfect. The parking situation is absolutely miserable. We were given the option to park infront of the hotel, which was very nice, but that was no option for us. We had to repark our car every single day. It was so difficult to find a parking spot. Maybe it should be reserved for All Accor members. Or it would be nice to include the question if parking is needed or not, during the reservation process in the App. But we would always return and recommend the hotel, because of the staff.

Easy 1 minute walk from yhe train station, grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop. Great breakfast and I appreciated being able to enjoy complimentary snacks throughtout the day. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet even though it faced the sea, train station and street. I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony in the mornings and v watching the sun rise.

There was an unpleasant odour in the room. The air conditioning was only 25% efficient. There was no water or tea/coffee facilities. The lock to the balcony door did not function properly

Overall a Winner! A great place to stay. The location is perfect for rail links to Monaco and Nice. The hotel was clean, well presented and the staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included in the price and again, well presented. Room was clean and benefited from a balcony with a great view. Only a few minor downsides, if you go in a car the garage is a nightmare, difficult to find and access, very tight space and the electric door almost came down on our car roof without any warning! Secondly, the billing can be confusing. I thought we had already paid, but apparently not. So card was asked for again? I hope we have not been charged twice like the person in the previous review! Other than that, no problems and we would definitely stay again - without the car next time!

I arrived and my room was cold. I raised the thermostat but the heating would not switch on. I then asked the reception which answered "no, the heating system is switched off for the full hotel so there is no possibilities..."

The hotel is well located for public transport, both train and bus, along the coast. It is possible to walk to both Villefranche sur Mer and along Cap Ferret along the seaside and is close to several good restaurants. The hotel staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable.
