Booked 2 rooms 9 months in advance but rooms given especially twin very poor location and noisy. Picture given on booking ref. Showed room with balcony which was not room given. The breakfasts were chaotic.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel. Situated across road from train station and bus station with supermarket 2 minutes walk away. All staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you again for a great stay
