Initially we were disappointed that the room we were allocated was not as large as advertised and had no balcony. Thankfully, we were moved to a larger, more comfortable room. Not sure why we weren't given this room in the first place. Besides this, we had a lovely time. The hotel is so well placed and most of the staff are very friendly.

Booked 2 rooms 9 months in advance but rooms given especially twin very poor location and noisy. Picture given on booking ref. Showed room with balcony which was not room given. The breakfasts were chaotic.
