Staff at the restaurant could do better. One of the waiters would not speak English to the foreign couple sitting at the table next to mine. They ended up leaving. I felt sorry for them and ashamed of the level of service they were receiving whilst their visit in France.

It was horrible, I forgot my money in the room and up till now no one is saying anything about it. The guy at the reception was rude. I had to missed my flight. The manager promised to assist. Iam considering involving the police

Nice hotel, good restaurant and the bar. what is def missing is a bottle of water in the room. might be worth to add more people to handle check in process, as often there are long ques.
