Very cold room, seems like a serious shortage of staff and the place does not look very neat also tried to add the restaurant bill to my room but was told it was not possible so the next day we went to the Ibis hotel next door and what a smart wam place and definitely will stay there next time. One good thing the few staff that you had on duty were very pleasant especially Daniel at the reception.

The hotel was extremely busy when we arrived. The layout of the lobby leads to overcrowding with a restaurant and game station too close to reception. The room was sparsely stocked with items—no lotion or conditioner. You could tell the sheets and towels were the cheapest ones they could find. The towels were rough and the sheets in the room were itchy and not comfortable.

the reception desk was very good - the room is so bare bones and very small. Glad to just be there to sleep. The breakfast selection was adequate.

We got unexpectedly stuck in Paris and we, my mom and I went to the IBIS. We ubered there but you can take the free Metro from CDG 2 to CDG 1 which we did on the way back. The rooms are clean and quiet and the breakfast was amazing.
