The ALL Reception was not manned although it took a while for a staff member to advise to join the usual queue allowing guests arriving after us to check in before us!! We had to ask about our Welcome Drinks. Staff were pleasant although busy.

I was given room 218. After having opened my luggage, done the necessary things to recharge my phones and computer, and gotten ready to sleep, I entered the bathroom. There was a leak under the sink and plenty of water on the bathroom floor. I dressed up again, went downstairs and asked the reception to check. An employee immediately came to the room to check. After checking the extent of the leak he suggested to give me another room. He left and said he would be back. So far so good. However, I waited for at least 15 minutes and no one showed up. So I went downstairs to the reception again and found the same employee at the bar next to the reception serving another client. He apologised and as a kind gesture offered me a drink. I declined but I didn't mind a bottle of water, which he gave me. Then, he made the necessary changes and I got room 1015. The problem is that I finally was able to sleep at 12:30 a.m. instead of an hour earlier.

Check in was good although not super friendly. Room was fine. Basic. Decent for a 1 night stay before catching a flight the next day. Only 1 restaurant but near other hotels, so there were other options. Location was the best as it was easy to walk to the train system that takes you the terminals at CDG.

While the staff was professional and helpful, the mattress was comfortable, and the location excellent, it is very difficult for me when the windows don't open and there is the sound of the air system or fan all night. I couldn't figure out how to turn on electricity. Took me 3 trips to front desk. Please put an arrow and pointing to the left next to the place for the card, or have an illustration in the elevator.

Stay was fine and all, room was fine however the window in the rooms does not have anything else than the dark curtains. There is no "white" privacy curtains (at least not in all rooms). This basically means that either you can have daylight but everybody can look at you in your room (other hotels both sides) or you live in the dark if you want some privacy... the lightning in the room is also quite dim.

We greatly value the quiet, the generous breakfast choices, and location. I am an Accor Club member for over 20 years. Desk staff can be more informative and welcoming as they once were at check-in. Appreciate the cleanliness too. Mattress seemed old, not supportive with top filler bunched.
