Arrival was very easy, the acces from the airport is straightforward and also to the TGV station. The staff was nice and kind However, room was not good. Rwally lqcking some light for some reason. Also, It was not clean, towel and sheet had wired smell. No shampoo, just one type of shower gel and with 1/3 bottle full. The mirror had rust, toilet felt like about to break... not the best experience.

The location adjacent to CDVAL is great - just a short ride to Terminal 2. This time my experience fell short of prior visits. I have medication that needs refrigeration and a pack that needs freezing. On the morning of my departure the associate couldn’t find my frozen pack - he looked in 3 different places. Finally after 10 minutes of lost time, someone else found it (in a place already looked at). Perhaps there needs to be one place only for essential frozen products used to keep medication cool. On other prior stays I had no difficulty being able to get breakfast at 0500. This time all the associate wanted to offer was a minimal assortment of breads - but the worst thing was there were no plates or silverware. The larger breakfast, as I was told, didn’t open till 5:30 but everything was set up and out. So I asked if I could go ahead and get my breakfast. I was told NO that I would need to wait till 0530. This kind of mindset for repeat (or new) customers isn’t professional. If the buffet is read and just waiting for the clock to say 0530, then something is wrong. Many international flights leave quite early and this hotel made it more convenient, but with staff poorly trained in customer service, I may need to rethink my next stay.

Hello! The Ibis Styles Hotel is very good, the breakfest is nice, for any Star wars fans, come here because it’s full of Star Wars pictures and things! There are toys 🧸 to play for little children,when you go inside, you will see a wall full of games, it looks like a tv 📺 and I played there for hours. That very fun! Just that my temperature didn’t work, that i didn’t like 😢. And when you open the window 🪟 you will see bird poop and that’s….. well yea. The coffe is not so good. But over all i Liked it! ✈️🇫🇷

Generous four and would be closer to a 3.5 rating. The location is perfect if you have a short layover at Charles-de-Gaulle airport. The location was fabulous and made getting from the terminal quick and easy. The room was decent; however, the ‘bed’ for our daughter was broke and unacceptable in a hotel room. It was very uncomfortable and not conducive to a comfortable sleep. We paid a lot of money for the breakfast in the morning and it was subpar. More options for the cost are warranted. The bathroom was extremely small but workable. A suggestion of a proper curtain or shower glass would be needed to stop the floor from getting soaked. I would stay at the hotel again if on a quick layover but only if there was two of us.

Your reception staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and surprising quiet. The parking ideally located under the building and felt secure.
