Lourdes Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Location is great and very convenient especially for an overnight stay near the airport. Stayed and the bathtub in one of the two rooms we paid for had lots of hair and the toilet room smelled of urine. The air conditioning controls do not truly work. Makes it seem like you can set the desired temperature however it will not cool sufficiently so we spent a hot night in the room. Yes, we followed the instructions also shown in the hotels elevator for the air conditioning controls but that makes absolutely no difference. It seems that the air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel.

Staff were brilliant. Helped us get rooms interconnected with children. Staff in the restaurant were very accommodating. Hotel very clean and room and bed very comfortable. Priced very competitively. Metres from terminal 3 train with links to all other terminals.
