There were no slippers in the room, and only one bottle of water. The soap was a similar quality of a 3 star hotel in the 90s.

Several issues at this property: - air conditioning did not work and the room was constantly hot despite it being set to the coolest setting - Someone entered my room despite the do not disturb sign being displayed and turned off the air conditioning when I was out - the room had a bad smell similar to sewerage - the towels were thin and worn

Check in was smooth, room was spacious and clean. Receptionist was very nice to waive our parking ticket as we only drove in to check in and left within 30 mins grace. Very kind of her to offer to waive the parking ticket for us. Appreciate a little bit of humanity in this cold harsh world.

This hotel is a very peaceful and well-located place, conveniently close to the airport. The bedding was excellent, providing a very comfortable night’s sleep. A perfect choice for a relaxing stay before or after a flight.
