Awesome breakfast buffet on one hand but the shower is completely clogged on the other hand. The staff was really friendly but the mojito was not well prepared. Just small examples.

We arrived early in the morning after a night flight. The room was ready but we had to pay to check-in earlier. We bought the room with breakfast included. We asked to change the date for the breakfast and they said that it wasn’t possible. They gave us a box a very poor breakfast compared with what was offered at the buffet.

One night stay, good location close to airport. Room was nice, modern and clean. However temp was too warm even with air con on in middle of November. Dinner buffet was very basic for the price we paid.

We chose this hotel because it is well-located at the heart of Paris CDG Airport, on the road for an extended weekend. The overall experience was correct. But we chose this hotel because of the swimming pool for our children. Water and air temperature in the swimming-pool was too low for the children. The pool is really badly lit. To get to the pool, you have to go down some fire escape stairs which are not heated. When you get out from the pool with wet hairs, this is not ideal, especially in November with outside low temperature. It feels like we bathed in the pool of an abandoned hotel. Disappointment is huge when the pool is the main reason you stayed at this hotel. Pictures on the website are not reflecting correctly the current state of the pool. The room was comfortable but in the bathroom, there were some traces of moisture on the wall and the paint peels. Finally, the buffet restaurant is far too expensive with the choice on the offer. Breakfast is OK. This hotel could be better... Some important details need to be fixed!
