We were ordered by the Customs guards in the airport terminal NOT to leave the terminal area, so we were so very happy to know we could get a room at your hotel.

I understand these are difficult times with the covid 19 situation. You had to close the restaurant, and offered still room service and a breakfast take away bag. Still charging 19,90 p.p. for the breakfast and still charging 5 euro extra to bring the food to the room... Sorry you lost all my sympathy. Very bad move, and a very bad example.

I was there waiting to fly back to the U.S. for repatriation. You welcomed me and my little dog. The room service meals were delicious and everyone was kind and helpful. I was worried the location would be unpleasant, but it was like being in a beautiful garden. Thanks for everything!!

Most of the hotel facilities were shut due to covid-19 in spite of which, the hotel staff were very pleasant and professional. The room service wine and food was excellent and very quick in the circumstances. The standard was room was rather small

Well. It was a bit complicated as that night a lot of hotels closed at CDG about one week ago. Confinement in rooms for dinner and breakfast. Not a top experience but what could one do!

The hotel room had a hole in the ceiling and small amounts of peeling paint around the door. The walls and doors were thin and let in a lot of sound making it difficult to sleep because of the noise.

We took a bus to the wrong hotel because the airport signs were not clear. As a result we had to take a taxi back to the hotel. Hotel staff was great. Price too high, not the greatest value for your money.

decent stay, room was clean, however i was surprised to pay the 5 euro room service fee as ordering room service was an obligation due to the measures taken in sight of the COVID-19, in addition i was very disappointed by the food which i will only describe as abysmal. Apart from these two points the stay was satisfactory and concierge service pretty good.

The front desk clerk was slow, inefficient and didn't seem very competent

No room upgrade, welcome gift, I didn’t even get a drink offered, I had to ask for a drink. Once again Accor Europe needs to take a look at brand in Asia to realise how hospitality should be. I have a choice of many hotel brands, and have been at the highest level of IHG, Marriott and Hilton. And of all the brands the Accor one gets let down by poor hospitality for loyal members, by hotels like yours
