From the start the check in was extremely unhelpful and demanded a physical credit card despite it not being needed . Other options are always available but due to her attitude basically telling me as a gold member that she won’t check me in without a card even if I pay full stay or put a down payment to block or whatever option she remained stubborn about not being able to check me until her colleague stepped in. And also the special Accor gold member a platinum lane is hidden and is not used !!’ Was denied access to it ! Extremely disappointing
