Overall terrible. We reserved six rooms and was paying for 2 nights although we would only be there 1 nights because we arrived at 9:00am and wanted to have rooms available. I was told via email the day before we arrived that was no problem and our rooms would not be canceled because of a late arrival but when we got to the hotel, they were in fact cancelled and our rooms were not ready. As an All Accor member I will be informing the of my displeasure with your hotel.
