I had a good stay at the Mercure near CDG Airport. The room was comfortable, but the style was a bit old, and one side of the bed squeaked with every small movement. Breakfast was very good and offered many choices. The ground floor is pleasant, with a nice hall, bar, and restaurant. There is also a ping‑pong table, a table‑soccer game, and a pool table, which is a fun extra. The gym is very small, with only a treadmill, an exercise bike, and a few free weights. The bike was very noisy. The swimming pool looks nice, but I didn’t use it; it also seems too short for real swimming. Overall, it’s a convenient hotel for a short stay near the airport, with good breakfast and common areas, but some parts could be improved.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Check-in was seamless and professional. However, service otherwise was not what I would expect at an Accor hotel. The restaurant doesn't open until 7pm, which is late for international travellers, particularly those with young children. Bar staff were absent / inattentive and we felt like we were imposing on their personal time as clients. The rooms are minimally equipped. No milk provided and only kettle with instant coffee (no coffee machine). Our bath towels were replaced with hand towels for our second night - which was not obvious when they were folded.

stay was comfortable, but location is not very near the transport to airport terminals. Slight inconvenience as it was difficult to get to the CDGVAL from hotel with several pieces of luggage. Would be better if there was shuttle service to the airport terminals.
