I was greeted with friendly service and patience. The staff at reception, bar and the restaurant were incredible. My family had a spacious and well maintained room.

The hotel overall stay is okay but bad experience from reception staff and response. During Check in, I was asked to pay the full room deposit by card which I did. However during checkout, I was asked to pay again and the receptionist mentioned that there is no record of initial deposit. I showed them the messages of debit from my card and also emailed the proof which they said they will review. However after i checked out of the hotel, they debited the full amount again on my card which was pre-authorized. I have been trying to contact them since and there is no response from the hotel. Not even an acknowledgement email! Hope someone reads this review and ask the hotel staff to respond and refund the extra amount debited from my account.

Room as well as public accessible areas were fine but Gym is not even close to be called a gym.

Long queue to check in. Poor food in restaurant. No usb sockets in rooms or anywhere else. Told bus to conference would be outside at frontbut actually it was somewhere else so missed it.
