Reception staff who checked us in was very accommodating, we had misguided information regarding our booked room but the reception staff were very quick to relocate us to a more suitable room, hotel was immaculate, room had sufficient amenities and the view was excellent. Will be booking again. My only negative would be the info on the website regarding the rooms with an airport/runway view. I.booked the suite originally because of this info which turned out to be incorrect but as mentioned above, the lady at reception was more than helpful in changing our room.

Very good amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was well presented. The breakfast was well diversified to fit diverse preferences. Excellent level. The only downside was a lack of directions about how a pedestrian traveler landing in CDG would find the hotel. This could be given when booking or by putting arrows like a number of other hotels are doing. The same goes for the exit of the hotel back to the CDGVAL: I needed a few attempts to find the way. Clarifying these issues would get a perfect score from me.

Horrible room service : prices are crazy compared to the levels of quality: the club sandwich is the worst ihad in my life, hard to understand how it can be so basic and so bad. Shame !
