The lady at the reception was not helpful with the taxi. I called a taxi that didn’t arrive at the hotel. In the end she helped me input my next hotel destination to my taxi app n it was the wrong hotel. I had to walk about 15 minutes to my actual hotel as the previous taxi had already left. This was all early in the morning n my first day in France.

Amazing front desk staff and cleaning staff (the cleaning staff was above and beyond kind and helpful). Only issue, the room service food was not good and ridiculously expensive! That was a big down for the full experience.
