Well located but buffet dinner needs improvement

Checkin great, room attributed was perfect, well appointed, comfortable and good sound insulation.However buffet dinner (no à la carte possible) was cold (from the time the restaurant opened the doors).

Difficult and Confusing

Booked 3 hotel rooms for 1 week. The staff was diffuse to deal with. The computer system apparently changed in the middle of the stay and nothing could be changed or charged to the room. I had to send an email to get the invoice and even that was difficult. The staff was not helpful and often lead me and other customers in the wrong direction regarding restaurant reservations. Rooms were not serviced unless staff was contacted. Bar was out of certain liquors. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and this one was the most confusing .

location bad, staff not kind; for the conference, the projection system did not work well. When comparing the price and services of the hotel, in my opinion it is the worst hotel I have ever had
