overall good stay and nice people. However, Wifi signal very low and slow from my room. Bottle of shampoo/soap in my shower was empty.

Not satisfied. We arrived and there was not option for room service. We 2 small kids that was not kind. We asked reception they said can be arranged but when we call room service they said no.

Well Located Hotel with Nice Breakfast

This hotel was suggested by a tour group. The hotel is very well located near very nice shops and restaurants. It is also very close to the Bellecour Metro Station. It is within walking distance of Old Lyon, just across the bridge. Would recommend this hotel.

It was ok, the hotel was extremely crowded but it was quiet in my room at least. Just incredible that until now, I have not received any invoice of my stay!

Room was good, staff were rude and unhelpful for the entire stay. Breakfast was poor with many items not replenished.
