We stayed on sixth floor. Carpet by elevator badly worn and stained. Stains on chair and curtains in our room. Big chip in door frame at entry.

The hotel is close to airport and accessible with free train + 5 min walk. Many options are available in the same area to sleep and the Mercure is definitely the oldest Hotel.

I reached hotel at 1pm in the afternoon for check in, even after waiting for half an hour the room was not ready and I had to leave to Paris for a meeting informing reception to keep my baggage's in the room. The reception informed that they will take care of it. However when I checked in the evening it was still in the luggage room and the chocolates which was in my bag was melted due to hot climate in the luggage room., Even in the restaurant for dinner I didn't get food of my choice. Being a vegetarian, I didn't even get a Pizza or Pasta in the restaurant. I had to walk again in the night to the restaurant in the nearby hotel. I will never stay in this place again

The hotel is located within the airport zone and is accessible via the CDGVAL. Trolleys are available at the exit of Parking PR to make the journey with luggage easier. IT was close to airport , but bathroom water was too slow. Breakfast was good . But still have to walk to airport that was different. It has connectivity issue with city , not for romaing city, but good to have quick stopover.
