The overnight stay at the Novotel Charles de Gaulle was paid by the travel agency. At check-in, the credit card was asked for "extras". Diner was paid at the restaurant of the hotel directly, so there were no extras. It appeared afterwards, that credit card information was used to pay again for the stay which was already paid. And now it takes a lot of time to get that payment back.

Great location, newly renovated but service can be improved.

Wrote to the hotel many times but no reply. Called them to inform them that I have a parcel arriving and they were rude and non hospitable (Ms Attena). I was shocked how the whole conversation went. However at check in they were great. Guess different personal. Rooms were renovated and clean.
