I ordered chicken tandoori in the restaurant and what I got was cooked chicken with a little bit of red spice sprinkled on it. This is not even to chicken tandoori. The rolls were a little hard and stale. Very disappointing dining experience.

We had dinner in the restaurant without an issue. We saw a couple who were seated after us and NO one approached them. A family entered and they had wine and bread and still NO approached the couple. The server who was their server was on her phone for a very long time behind the island. The poor couple got up and left. Really poor.

Overall it was good. Just would like Novotel to cater also for people of other faith. All the sausages and ham in the morning breakfast were pork. We do not eat pork and beef and therefore become quite limited in variety.

This a good Novotel Hotel. Upon check-in, the staffmember at the reception desk was very kind and welcoming. It makes all the difference, when the first person you speak to is kind and welcoming. Very much appreciated. We arrived somewhere between noon and 1pm, but our room was alreay prepared. The room is basic, but OK. Perhaps a little bit in need of a refurbishment, but to be honest it didn't bother me. I was impressed by the fact that breakfast was served from 5am. Breakfast isn't very elaborate but it has the all basic variations. Egg, bread, cereal, yoghurt and a few breakfast pastry's. Perfect for one night, but do not recommend for a longer stay in Paris because the RER is crazy expensive because you're in the airport area. There is an extra surtax... 14euro for a one way ticket to Paris.
