No direction to hotel. No address or phone number on confirmation. Difficult to find hotel at airport. Front door locked whe I got to hotel. No water in room. Room was dirty. Had to pick up my own room service order.

You reduce the quality of the experience by savings too much money in your cost: no water pressure in bathroom, inconsistent hot water, impossible to get room temperature above 18C, not enough personnel, etc.... this is not acceptable and for the price paid, it is better to go elsewhere

The hotel.is very well located,just a few minutes from the shuttle. The staff was very friendly. The room.was spacious,clean, the only disadvantage was the fuel smell in the morning .

Hotel is well located, can be reached directly from the CDG terminals via a free train without having to go outside, which is practical when carrying luggage. There was a good family option with a single room with 1 queen bed & 1 sofa bed for 2 people. Covid practices were put in place. Breakfast can be ordered the night before and picked up downstairs at the restaurant to be eaten in the room.

COVID made the stay difficult. The restaurant staff and front desk staff were great, but it would be nice to have a few more selections (perhaps delivery?) for food and beverage.

I couldn't sleep the all night as it was a big noise of vibration from the roof. The person in charge came to my room and notice the issue. That is the first time I have an issue in Accord group hotel.

Good initial contact over the phone. Appreciated having early check-in although the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming at alI. I asked for a room with a bath without realising that meant no desk. It was only one night so I didn't try to change the room and I know how difficult things are at the moment in this health crisis. However - it actually should be an opportunity for Novotel to get more customers for the future. I stayed at the Novotel because my Sheraton booking was cancelled. But because the receptionist was so brusque and officious, I don't think I would choose to stay there again. Front desk staff need to be taught customer service skills.

Understand the current situation with lockdown in France, and the hotel have created safe systems to cope with this. The only reason for staying was because my flight was cancelled and I had a 22 hour layover.. Unfortunately I've been charged twice for my booking. Once when I arrived at the hotel to check in and then charged again once I had checked out. Please can this be looked at as a matter of urgency.
