Mediocre hotel. Chipped toilet seat, bathrobe felt like sandpaper.

From this hotel it is very easy to get to both CDG 1 and CDG 2. The breakfast is good.

Just an overnight stay for flight follow day but was very happy with room, ease of check in, dinner at restaurant was very good

No air - No help

When we arrived, we noticed the room was extremely hot. The air unit would not turn on. We made several calls to the front desk with no answer. Reported the next morning, No discount, no thank you, just ok. This is not good customer servicde.
