Very comfortable room and friendly staff. We had dinner at Luiza restaurant. It was good and a pleasing service. The only thing I wished I had a little bit of milk for my coffee in the room

Lack of communication, lack of kindness, lack of service, lack of clear prices , lack of respect also from the hotel restaurant staff, horrible experience I feel like Novotel airport Charles Gaulle was one of the worst experiences in my life and I’m a person that use hotels a lot because I travel a lot because of work. I can’t believe the lack of professionalism in that hotel I feel myself cheated !!!

Dear Mrs, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; First of all , you arrived at 10:30 a.m. When you arrived, reception team informed her that there would be a fire alarm test at 3:00 p.m. You were agreed; informations were posted at the reception desk as well as in both of our elevators. You have book for a day use room means check in at 09:00 am , check out a 6 pm.You did indeed pay an additional fee because you insisted on checking out at 9:30–10:00 p.m., where as the day-use rate (daily rate) is €95. After that time, guests are required to pay the overnight rate. Therefore, we exceptionally charged you the difference between the overnight rate and the day-use rate. Then, Our restaurant LUIZA is open on weekdays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and breakfast was served that day from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. As we said, you arrived at 10:30 a.m., breakfast was already closed. We therefore offered you snacks at the reception in the Luiza Shop, we also inform you about our Sister hotel Ibis, Which has a Starbuck cafe, which was open. However, you insisted that the restaurant prepare a sandwich and a coffee f even though it was closed. Afterwards, the guest came to complain at the reception that the restaurant was closed. I am personally very surprised by your feedback about our team, as their kindness and attentiveness are very often highlighted in customer feedback. We understand the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm (which was only a test mandatory asked by the regulation ), but everything was clearly explained at the time . All our guests were informed of this.We have not received any other negative feedback regarding this day With the ulmost respect N.Richalot General Manager

I had an excellent stay at Novotel CDG. The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and respectful from the moment I arrived. Their warm attitude truly made the experience smoother and more pleasant. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, especially for airport access. Highly recommended.
