The stay was great. The staff is very accommodating. Rooms are really soundproof. We had a window facing the runway, and we couldn't hear any sound. Nothing disturbed our sleep at night. The front desk staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.

The bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival. We ate at the restaurant for dinner. Two of us ordered steaks at 30 euro each. The steaks were un edible; over cooked and could not even chew them as they cut of meet was so tough.

The stay started well, they allowed as early checkin. But the AC was not working. After multiple calls on the reception, they finally picked it up and then AC started working after 1 hour. Then the same problem started in midnight. I again went to the reception because obviously no one picked the call again. There were only 2 guys doing everything, checking in other guests, handling room requests, etc. One guy came with me to fix the AC but after trying he said AC won't work and he can't fix it because there is no technition availble till moring. I had to sleep without even though they gave me a fan. I asked them to change my room but, we all know the response of that request: "We are fully booked tonight".

Very Well located for passengers with overnight connection flight at CDG airport. The hotel restaurant offers very good menu for dinner and excellent breakfast! Just don’t forget to book your table in advance as it gets busy in the evening. There is kids playground in the lobby and in the restaurant - very useful for families! I will definitely chose this hotel again for my family!
