The website of the hotel states that they have a Shuttle service from/to CDG airport, although after my arrival at 14:30 at CGD, which is very day time normal hour, I was informed by the reception of the hotel that the shuttle service from the airport only starts at 17:00. They advertise a service that in fact they don’t provide and/or provide with strong limitations. Once arrived at the room, there’s no refrigerator in the place of the refrigerator in the furniture, only electrical cables inside. The room had no phone to contact the reception. Therefore, I needed to go to the reception any time needing something, including to ask for a taxi. Overall very abnormal limited services, or no services, for a 4 stars hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Regarding the shuttle service, we would like to clarify that it operates according to a precise timetable. This schedule is communicated on our website and available at reception . The shuttle bus is staring from 05h15am to 11h15 every 45 minutes , and then stars again from 17h00 pm to 23h00 , every 30 minutes . We regret that the timing of your arrival did not coincide with the scheduled operating hours. Concerning the in-room amenities, we confirm that telephones are indeed available and fully functional in all rooms. We are sorry if this was not immediately visible during your stay. As for the minibar, as part of our RSE (corporate social and environmental responsibility) commitments, minibars are provided only in our Privilege Rooms and Family Suites. However, a refrigerator is available for guest use 24/7 at the reception should you need to store personal items. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your comments, which help us continue improving our services. We thought we had booked the other CDG airport Mercure hotel and accidentally booked this one. The front desk was understaffed, the dining room was a mess (we finally left after 20 minutes of being ignored). The staff looked totally dazed and confused. The dining room was like a high school cafeteria. Our room had been renovated but the work was slap dash and very messy fit and finish. Bed was lumpy.

My room was reasonably spacious, well laid out and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in my room (but there was downstairs). I could use the hotspot of my phone but it could have been a major problem.
