Desk staff were helpful however the bar staff weren’t. Felt the hotel was tired and run down. There was no mini fridge or bottled water in the room and where the water was available there were no clean cups. Happy we were only there overnight.

Overall, this was a fine place to spend a night while making connections at CDG. The shuttle to the airport costs a minimum of 7 euros. Note, however, that even if you reserve a "shuttle" and see a minivan icon on the application, the actual vehicle that will transport you is likely a bus (unless you pay for a proper taxi). Staff did not make this clear when I and 2 other guests thought that our shuttle had arrived and left without us.

Room was clean. Universal Electric socket in bathroom has both 120 and 220 Volt is very convenience. Food and drinks at convenience store have wide selections. However, it was too dark at night at parking entrance, instruction is in French only for entrance and exit gate. Take super long time for someone to help at the exit gate. More than one guest were having a hard time to get the exit gate to open. Three cars were stuck there for more than 20 minutes
