as soon as I spoke English I was hung up on, told there wasn’t any room service even though I could see it being delivered to rooms! They was so rude to us. Most of the restaurant was sectioned off for Air France guests. Was told they didn’t have enough staff to serve us at the bar or food. Was really poor. Wouldn’t be booking again.

I didn't appreciate that the navette back to the airport was not a free shuttle... Hotel rooms and bathrooms are a little tired. Breakfast was very nice.

I have no idea how this place was given more than one star. This hotel was disgusting and should be condemned. I believe we got sick from the amount of mold in this building. The hair dryer was legit from 1960 with a hose attached to a wall. The staff was not helpful, the shuttle nonexistent, and an hour to the city. Honestly we should have left.

Hotel was close to the CDG Airport, nice spacious room, friendly staff. Breakfast choice was very little to offer.
