got the room (212) with molded window frame all around it ( good treat for gold member). then got changed to another room (39), which is a little bit nicer but strange fitting in the room. the room is dimly lit. the shower cubicle has tiny partition so it got wet everywhere after. and tiny cockroach in the room. (let me know if u need picture , i can show it)

Expected by reception when I arrived. Room clean and ready. Good bar and facilities. Breakfast Ok but no cafe au lait: Just the ubiqitous nespresso, quelle domage. Excellent shuttle service to T2 CDG.

Hello, I m on a business trip and I checked in your hotel on 06.01.2020 my room number is 330 ( I will be staying there until 16.01.2020 ) . I had a dinner in your hotel's restaurant on last Monday and I made the payment by cash, I still have the voucher . There were a waiters ( lady ) who speaks Turkish , amount of the dinner was 29.50 and I gave 50 Eur. She gave me 20.50 Eur as change . The following day I went to Carreffure for shopping and I used that 20 Eur on cashier. She realized that 20 Eur is FAKE!!! Then security came over and they called a police. I told them the whole story and they gave me an appointment at Gonnes Police station. 07.01.2020 and 09.01.2020 at 22.00 pm , I informed about that trouble to your workers at reception desk and they told me they will inform hotel manager following mornings and come back to me. Since that day no one didn't take care of that issue which is unacceptable. I m on a business trip and I lost a day at police stations. That issue effects my physiology. I gave my statement to the police. How does Accor group/ Mercure which are worldwide brand, give fake money to hotel customers? you are checking money while you get in restaurant / hotel but how she could gave it to me a fake one ? someone has to give me an information about it. ı already informed hotel twice but no one didn't care... I already talked that issue with my company's legal department and I will be following that issue. BEST REGARDS...

The charge to the hotel was not the same as stated on the website when I booked the room and, the receptionist did not explain they were inflating it in case I would use the bar or the restaurant and that it would be modified upon checking out if those services had not been used. I think it would be nice to notify the customer as I had received an email for an authorized charge on my credit card which did not represent the same fee as to what I had booked.

We arrived exhausted from a long transatlantic flight. It was cold and wet outside. We are Accor members so we were sad to be charged 13 euros to get into a room one hour earlier than the check-in time...especially when we discovered several hours later that the heat didn't work and we had to subsequently move (without anyone offering to help us) to another room. We have stayed at your Mercure hotels several times but will probably re-think that decision. The hotel was barely occupied so we can't understand the up-charge. It would be a nice gestures to refund us the 13 euros. It would encourage us to stay with you again in February when we pass through CDG airport again. Julia Louis B. jl…

The hotel is easily accessible using the Pink shuttle that runs from the airport although a few pointers on the website how to reach the shuttle for each terminal would be great seeing as there is a lack of signs in the airport for hotel shuttle. The lobby is a good place to have some food, drink and socialise in the games area. The room was well presented but the king sized bed was simply 2 single beds pushed together complete with 2 single duvets. The air conditioning was broken and the rooms were very hot during the night. Given the inability to cool the room down I had two restless nights. Given the hotels neighbors and surrounding number of other hotels I think, given my stay, the rate is very high per night.

Overall OK, and the upgrade was appreciated but unnecessary. The upgrade may have been the reason why there was no kettle in the room. Can you please inform your staff that not everyone drinks coffee.

Experience was fine. Hotel was clean and sleeping facilities comfortable. The room was particularly warm for the temperature outside, even when adjusting the thermostat. I solved this by using the window. The room has some imperfections which should be fixed.

The front desk lady was very rude with us, I have a gold status on your reward points program, and tried to used my points for that night but she did not let me use them neither let me check in at the desk for members of that program. Also the room wasn't ready for us only 2 large towels in the room, no small towels, no hand soap, no shampoo, no shower cap, no drinking water available.

I use this hotel to be close to the airport, my final night stay before returning to the USA. So having a hotel that I can rely on friendly staff and comfortable surrounding is something I rely on. To date I have not been disappointed.
