Needs a face lift / renovation

Hotel is quite old, needs a renovation. Rooms don’t have irons only four in the hotel apparently therefore a long wait for one (more than a day). No shampoo, conditioner or moisturiser in the rooms, just a body wash. Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel could be much better with a renovation and same basic furnishings in the rooms.

Disappointed that the shower was cool, no sign of warm water at all. A top sheet on the bed would have been good, not just a doona. Charged by hotel for shuttle, when picked up was told I didn’t have to pay if I was flying Air France. Hotel should ask the question before charging. Was good to have a shuttle available from the airport - the reason I chose this hotel.

For the shuttle bus , did you came because air france send you in a cancell flight? if Air France booked the room for you then it's included directly in the price they pay , otherwise if you came by your way , and your flight was with Air France , it's different then you need to pay by yourself the shuttle bus . The decor of the room looked a little bit dated, but the facilities are good and the rooms are very clean. The room had a very comfortable bed and the bathroom facilities are basic but sufficient and again very clean! The hotel shuttle situation at CDG is currently very chaotic and can be overwhelming. I actually ended up taking the hotel shuttle from the next door Marriott Hotel, because this driver showed courtesy and was very customer-friendly, this is a point of improvement (I understand this is out-of-the-control of the hotel, but they can relay a message of improvement to their service provider).

Decent accommodations, disappointing service

At checkin we requested the 0700 shuttle to the airport the following morning. On check out at 0645 we were advised there was no 0700 shuttle and none had been booked. We incurred a Euro 25 cost for the taxi to the airport and it would be appreciated if you would refund us Euro 15 to the credit card on file as the difference between the shuttle cost and taxi fare. We also inadvertently left a Canadian drivers licence card in the power slot in the room at check out and advised the hotel lost and found within 1 hour of checkout but have since been advised the card was not found. One wonders if anyone even checked with the housekeeping staff or even looked in the room. Larry and Heather J.

Located 5 minutes from airport it is in a good location. Room was adequate but the shower head wouldn't stay up making showering difficult. The restaurant staff were exception. We opted for the shuttle service. We were met by a rude driver who refused to assist with luggage and stank of cigarette smoke. For the return we decided to use an Uber because of this poor service.
