At checkin we requested the 0700 shuttle to the airport the following morning. On check out at 0645 we were advised there was no 0700 shuttle and none had been booked. We incurred a Euro 25 cost for the taxi to the airport and it would be appreciated if you would refund us Euro 15 to the credit card on file as the difference between the shuttle cost and taxi fare. We also inadvertently left a Canadian drivers licence card in the power slot in the room at check out and advised the hotel lost and found within 1 hour of checkout but have since been advised the card was not found. One wonders if anyone even checked with the housekeeping staff or even looked in the room. Larry and Heather J.

Located 5 minutes from airport it is in a good location. Room was adequate but the shower head wouldn't stay up making showering difficult. The restaurant staff were exception. We opted for the shuttle service. We were met by a rude driver who refused to assist with luggage and stank of cigarette smoke. For the return we decided to use an Uber because of this poor service.

It's unbelievable how bad the service can be. Reception without any standards, both on arrival and departure. Total disregard from reception for the customer, more like the hotel was doing us a favor. Dirty, old room. Rude transport driver from Hotel to Airport. Long story short, never again.
