Unfortunately, our experience was negative due to a clear lack of transparency. Since we had an early morning flight, the evening before we booked a taxi at the reception, explicitly stating that, as a group of four, we only needed a regular taxi and not a van. The receptionist assured us that everything was arranged accordingly. The next morning, however, a van arrived instead, and we were forced to pay €50 instead of the standard taxi fare of €15, which we had already paid the night before. This was a very disappointing situation that could have been easily avoided with more transparent communication and proper management from the hotel.
