Clean, pleasant and friendly staff. Because of being far from the airport the navette were a nightmare. Please try to fix it

As i said earlier. Your hotel is fantastic for the price. But the shuttles were a disaster for terminals . Having the option to have a mini fridge will be very helpful and appreciated. Finaly shuttles Information, time and contact numbers will be helpful

We usually stay at Ibis Style at CDG airport for €125 per night. This time the rate went up to €230 + so we chose Ibis Budget at CDG. But we had bad experience: no aircon, obliged to keep window open but too much noise with landing aircraft every 5 minutes, so we could not sleep, which is bad before a 27 hours flight back home. On the website of the hotel it does not say that there is no aircon. For breakfast it is too basic, no banana, no orange, just hard green apples, only 2 mini croissants left for 2 people. We will never book again an Ibis Budget, not sure if we will continue with Accor hotels since your rates are now extravagant.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was silent despite the fact that we are close to the airport . Now the room would need a few refresh actions ( light Not working and TV sometimes not working either - bad signal reception). The breakfast offer is a bit too light , not a lot of choices.

Several anomalies have been observed, especially when opening the bedroom door, which sometimes jams.

False advertising and charged twice for the night

Ad implied it was the ibis at the airport with 5 restaurants. Arrived there and was told I was at the wrong hotel and advised I had to catch a bus and then walk to the hotel.
