It could’ve been better it was really cold even after turning on the heater it was still cold!!! We end up going to aéroville and bought three heaters to sleep comfortable.

No shuttle to the hotel from the airport, and a lot of taxi thieves at the airport/railway station trying to take advantage of travelers, because many shuttles were canceled on Nov 1st. When I arrived, the concierge assured me that there would be a shuttle for the airport in front of the hotel at 7:30am, 8am, 8:30am, etc. So I was in front of the hotel at 8:25am, but no shuttle came by. I was really angry and afraid to miss my plane, talked to concierges of the hotels near by, and finally left the Ibis hotel at about 8:55am. The breakfast was not good, the bread was not fresh.

IBIS has 3 hotels around CDG and this one is about 6 km away from the airport next to the Aeroville shopping Center. Perhaps it's more convenient during the normal days as due to the current pandemic the CDVal shuttle wasn't running and reaching the hotel could turn out to be a bit of a hassle for a novice traveler. It's advertised well on the site but since I have been to other IBIS budget hotels, I was well aware of what to expect. A room big enough to just fit the queen size bed with a shower area and a washbasin. The internet connectivity was thankfully good, and there is a TV too, so for a short stay, it's good enough. The breakfast options were a bit disappointing as that's one of the USP of the hotel. But, again, it could be the lockdown effect, so limited staff personnel might be working as instead of a buffet they had kept small parcels with a couple of croissants, a small fruit salad & some confectionary. It also seemed that the room wasn't cleaned since the last occupancy as there were stains on the washbasin area. The person on the reception looked uninterested in doing any work/greeting and also told me the shuttle was running. I just cross-checked with the guys at the Novotel hotel next door who corrected me and were kind enough to arrange a cab to the airport.

Hotel description clearly stated that there's a free shuttle from the airport only to be informed that this had been suspended due to the pandemic. The shuttle service should been removed from the hotel facilities if it's not currently offered or a note added to clarify. I booked this hotel primarily because of this service and yet had to fork out 26 Euros to pay for a taxi from the airport and a van to the airport in the morning. I would have booked something within walking distance to the airport had I not been deceived into thinking the hotel offered a shuttle service.

It was a convenient location to airport, good price and easy to check in and out. However the bathroom definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently, it smelled strongly of pee. The floors were also quite dirty but weren’t carpet so it didn’t hide anything. Nice to have the coffee machine in the first floor though. I was unable to check-in before arrival neither through the web-site nor telephone customer service. So, was obliged to wait in a fairly long line upon arrival (around 11pm) with only one person on staff. The next morning, we waited one hour before a shuttle for the airport arrived. The driver let everyone squeeze on the bus before he announced that another bus going directly to Terminal 2 was behind him. When all of those customers got off the bus (it seemed like 5-10 minutes altogether), he proceeded to chat with a couple of people in the front of the bus. Someone must have made a remark and he had the audacity to say something to the effect of "If you have to catch a plane you should get up early". Needless to say, we missed checking in for our flight by 5 minutes. So, IBIS budget cost me an extra 325 euros. I doubt I will return.

I stayed for one night (which is quite regular for this hotel, i believe) and did not demand anything special due to the price and brand. My room was very clean and I was fine with all I got in the hotel. Staff greeted me very friendly and did everything fast and professionally. My only negative remark - I needed a bottle opener but staff didnot have it so i have to go to the hotel nearby to request it there. Though i can not say that it somehow made bad impact to my opinion of the hotel, not at all. The hotel is very good in terms of price/quality correlation and I would recommend it to my friends.

Excellent personnel in the reception, aimable, quick and effective. Everything fine, but the floor could be cleaner and it was a bit cold. All the rest was very good and alliwed me to rest comfortably.

I had to stay one night close to the Airport because of SNCF striking.... The Ibis Budget was the best option to stay for very little price, 15mn with free shuttle from CDG airport. Fast check-in and clean bedrooms.

My son and I were bumped from our flight from Paris to DC, so last minute hotel was needed. Customer Service on the phone was excellent and so helpful. Got us a room, great price and was ready when we got there. Hotel staff were 100% friendly! Room was just enough for the two of us and it was clean.

The wall is thiny, a can't sleap a loud noisy. The room is very small. Beakfast is good.Next to our room was a big group, who is a very loudly. Location is good, free shuttle bus available from the airport.

Check-in was ok and staff friendly, however it went a bit down hill from there..... The room - I was small but I was expecting that, however I was expecting it to be clean....It should have been better. We had a hair in the sink too to welcome us. In the corridors it also has a strange unpleasant smell. Positive - Good free airport shuttle although very busy!! I would recommend spend a bit more and going for another hotel.

I thought I was getting a hotel room. I was getting a bed and a place to go to the bathroom. The room was tiny. There was no air. I had a difficult time getting there. I called at least five or six times to get information about the shuttle. No one picked up. When I actually got to the motel. The phone was set off the hook. If I would’ve stayed in the room then I would’ve baked like a cake.

106 euros is expensive for such a budget hotel. Breakfast is bad, pillows very hard. From the good: clean room near the airport, simple logistics. Inexpensive coffee and tea machines in the lobby. Why, by the way, can’t I write a review shorter than 200 characters?

Dear Guest, you came during an exhibition happening next to the hotel in Parc des Expositions in Villepinte. When that happens prices are more expensive than usual. We try to remain not too expensive and if you compare our hotel is one of the cheapest around CDG airport.
