Clean hotel, friendly bar staff but with that said one member of staff was totally unhelpful at the check in desk. I had checked in online and left a deposit of 250 euro on my card for any incidentals on my room. When I check in they wanted more money on my my card, when I questioned this the lady was totally disinterested. I later spoke with the managed and sorted it out.

My stay at the Novotel Roissy CDG Convention was great. Good dinner, wonderful breakfast, and enjoyed the pool and the steam room. Customer service at the reception was very helpful. Shuttle to the airport only stopped 3 seconds in front of the hotel and took off. The reception lady called the bus came back for us. Thank you very much a great stay!

The hotel itself was excellent good rooms and good facilities overall. Food was good and intent rapid However the service at the bar was extremely poor three times I had to walk to find the person to serve who seemed busy talking to follow workers or I had to ask to be served. it ruined otherwise a great stay

It was a disaster. Your reception staff are ok. I met a really good manager and he facilitated a late cancellation by my colleague. The bar staff and dining room staff were extremely poor, not understanding English( I’m from Ireland) and taking an age to get a drink or food. Compared to other Novotel’s I’ve stayed in ( and I’m staying in Seville in two weeks time) it was very very poor.

We enjoyed our stay and were extremely happy to have early access to our room.

Never experienced anything like this. Waited at priviledge counter for 10 min. There were 2 staff at the other counter. 15 people waiting. We moved over behind the 15. At the left counter a couple of ladies spend 40 minutes. Staff should be able to proritise and not have other custoners waiting for 40 min

This was by far the worst experience I have encountered from all my travels. I notified the staff ahead of arrival it was my wife's birthday and a surprise of some kind upon arrival would be nice. Checked in with nothing and seemed the staff forgot. I spoke to reception who apologised for missing this and I then let her know that my wife and I would go into Paris around 3pm so our room will be empty and to sort out something. We arrived at our hotel around 11.30pm to nothing in the room again. I then spoke to an Asian lady at the reception who had an extremely vile attitude. She told me that they wanted to speak to me about what to do but they didnt know how to contact me which I then asked if they had my number as I booked online and didnt receive a response. She kept blaming me and told me to come the next morning to speak to someone. I asked her, who to speak to she couldnt give me a name. I then asked what her name was as she didnt have a name badge on but she had a blazer and she didnt give me her name either. I then asked for a manager's name to speak to in the morning or just someone I could speak to the next day without having to explain the issue all the way and she didnt give me that. She then went behind the reception and I heard her shouting to her colleague to come and serve me whilst saying nasty things about me in french as she believed I only spoke English. This is by far the worst experience and I don't think i would be returning.

I travel every 2 years and stop at Novotel convention and spa Paris CDG for the way in and return. My family and I always stay there, but since last 2 years it has changed, The hotel is not offering the 24/7 coffee and snack facility they had at ground floor, the children aren’t getting they welcoming pack anymore unless upgraded room, they also now charge the card at check in to hold money plus $50 caution , I wanted to pay for the room at check in but was refused. The restaurant is full of staff, I counted 5 for very little customers under 20 and they still managed to forget kids ice cream and bill me the wrong table. The room was great and clean but very little coffee making goods, we were four in the room and only had 2 coffee sachets and 2 small concentred milk, no biscuits or chocolate sachet for kids. Overall just not the same place, the highlight is the activities for the kids at reception and the buffet breakfast. I will still return for those but still missing previous prestations

Room and amenities were as expected, however in an attempt to eat dinner, we were informed that there was no service available as we were provided with incorrect information. This was surprising as upon check-in, we inquired about restaurant hours. The lack of communication between the restaurant manager and front desk staff was reprehensible. The number of tables, waitstaff or kitchen staff appears to be inadequate for a "convention" hotel.

You have a very nice building, good architecture, good design, clean rooms, overall good staff but really really bad receptionists. while I am checking in, a huge shout heard from my backside. The receptionist nice lady was shouting Japanese / Chinese guests. It was a very bad surprise. She asked them "where is your Guide" by shouting and the impolite way that I have never seen before. And meantime, our receptionist, Alex, also treated very badly to us. He didn't welcome us, plus he didn't have a clear speech to explain what are the policy of hotel, payments & check-in check-out conditions. He never explains to us, where is the restaurant, what facilities that hotel have & even he replied very badly to us when we have asked where are the related lift is located for our room. He tried to change his behavior after I asked his name. But, of course, it was already too late for a bad reputation.

Room was very, very big and extremely clean. Loved having two bathrooms. Breakfast was very good … but your restaurant for dinner was such a terrible experience it ruined the stay. Service was terrible, food was atrocious, inedible!!!

I like your Hotel BUT? Why my breakfast order was still hanging on the door handle at 6 am. I had to call room service,and it was too late when they delivered, I had to go to take the shuttle.

Our initial arrival at Reception was less than professional: the 3 ladies did not appear to be in uniform; they did not appear to be across procedure, however there had been a mistake made with the booking from our Group Principal for twin beds instead of a double bed and they were able to change that.

I like all the services in this hotel. My first room was too close to the elevator, and the front table was very nice and helped to change me a quiet room. I stayed 4 night, very nice experience. However, when I checked out and asked to print a receipt with my company name on it, the front table ignored my request. Though she sent the e-copy receipt to me afterwards, the company name she typed is wrong. I have sent a email to her with the correct company name, but till now I haven't received any feedback. The receipt with my company name is very import for me to get my reimburse, and I hope this problem can be nicely handled.

We loved the space, quality of service and accommodation. Our dinner was delicious and it was a lovely comfortable treat to stay with you prior to a long haul flight to Australia with two small children. The play room was a big hit.

This hotel is convenient if your need to fly real early from CDG. The free shuttle to and from CDG has been a great help. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the staff person who helped me get 4 ceramic cups so I did not have to drink my tea from paper cups. And thank you for the welcome bag of chips and dip.
