Swimming pool not available even after confirming via e-mail that it was just a few days before! I cancelled my stay at the Novotel and went to another hotel that had a working swimming bath, sauna and jacuzzi. Rather dissapointing giving unnecessary hasstle.

not satisfied with room services such as hair dryer etc that did not wprk and the telephone. Still waiting for the invoice that is supposed to be sent after 24 hours. Never again
