Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the unfortunate incident that occurred outside the hotel. As you mentioned, your belongings were left unattended on the forecourt before check-in, and therefore remained under your responsibility at that moment. We always recommend keeping personal items within sight while unloading, especially in public areas. Our security team acted immediately by reviewing the CCTV footage and assisting with the police report.
