Good location. I stayed with my husband and 1 year old. Close to the airport, train station, restaurants, shopping mall and a lovely park. The lobby and facilities were good. The only downfall was the bath plug was broken AND the shower wasn’t connected so literally had to sit in an empty tub to wash.

They had planned electrical maintenance 11pm-6am. The fire alarm went off at 1am and went on for a long time. They didn’t offer anything in return and it makes no sense why this couldn’t be done between check out and check in time. Horrible.

The Hotel and room and bed: most comfortable. Clean and cleaning: perfect. Breakfast: adequate Pool and Gym: good Evening Restaurant menu: could do more options for children Reception staff: miserable! I never saw a smile from any members of staff and on occasions when asking for pool towels the staff didn’t acknowledged the request; just handed over towels without any eye contact at all and head averted. Simply rude, they must hate their jobs and the customers.
