Housekeeping wouldn’t hoover properly shower was awful no pressure at all took me one hour to fill the bath tub up to bathe the little one. A 5 minute rinse turns to half an hour due to water pressure. Also was told we would be stocked up daily on drinks nd snacks but was only topped up 2/6 days. Also the deposit when they ask you for it they say fully refundable but on check out they mention a UC tax if 101 euros but on Expedia upon booking it mentions a 70 euro tax. A lot of people complain about the deposit and the tax changes every time so I just wouldn’t pay a deposit at all tor the future.

Stayed for 5 days for my birthday and New Year. Maureen the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, she recommended places and things to do. The breakfast is very nice but they’re very strict by 10:45 they start removing everything even if you’re not done. The cleaner is a bit not well done if you request they just mainly make the bed. But all in all we’re happy with the stay
