we had to wait for almost 15 to 20 mins each for our check- in as they cannot find our corporate account. finally after waiting they advised us that they will only need the credit card for the deposit, which we are okay as this is standard. but today I received the room charges on my card. and it seems I'm the only one who was charged wrongly.

I would like to clarify that our shuttle operates on scheduled time slots, which are clearly displayed at the reception and can also be booked in advance to better anticipate our guests’ needs. There is indeed a break in service around midday, and while we do our best to accommodate requests, certain specific transfers — such as to the Air France training centre — may not be possible depending on timing and operational constraints. Our team is always available to guide and offer alternative solutions when needed, and I regret if this was not fully aligned with your expectations on this occasion.
