A decent stay at the Novotel. Check-in was a little slow, with only one desk staff member on duty. Room, on second floor, was clean and furnished adequately but a little basically. Bathroom was OK, save for squeezy bottles of handwash, bodywash and shampoo. They were, however, of good quality. Towels were thick and fluffy - a good point. The king size bed was very comfortable and sleep quality was very good. Breakfast was self-service and acceptable. This is a decent tourist/business hotel. You can’t go wrong if you stay here for a night or two, but the experience won’t linger long in your memory banks.

Was a very comfortable stay had booked it as i missed my flight . All thanks to the sweet lady at reception her name was Cloe she was extremely sweet and kind enough to make things smoother for me . Would recommend it for sure to stay at this hotel.

I enjoy the friendly staff! Everyone is always happy to assist. The staff at the breakfast l, especially Lauren, provide a bright start to the day with their smiles and professionalism. The food is always fresh just like the breads and pastries!

We arrived after 9pm with 2 tired young children. The sofa bed and bedding wasn't made up and there wasn't enough towels or pillows for 4 of us. We tried to ring reception but ended up having to go back down as no one picked up the call. Then the fire alarm went off for nearly 10 minutes just before 10pm, no one was reassuring guests not to panic and we had no idea what was going on. Breakfast was disappointing, a few members of staff treated us very differently to others (made it very clear they don't like English). We didn't feel there was enough choice of hot options to suit our tastes either (the children were gutted there wasn't any sausages!) We wouldn't stay here again.
