Dear Mr A., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry to read that your stay fell so far below your expectations and the standards we aim to provide. Several points you describe deserve our attention, particularly the difficulty in reaching Reception, the way some of your requests were handled and, above all, your perception of the attitude of our team. Regardless of the circumstances, our guests should always receive a courteous and helpful response. We are also reviewing what happened regarding your requests for additional pillows and an iron. Concerning the taxi, we take your comments very seriously. The situation you describe does not correspond to the practices or instructions of the hotel, and we will therefore look into this matter internally. Taxi and VTC fares can vary significantly depending on the operator and availability, but any inappropriate personal arrangement involving a member of our team would obviously be unacceptable. Finally, your remarks regarding cleanliness and the smell in the corridors have been passed on to our Housekeeping and Technical teams for verification. This wasn't the 4 star hotel I had expected.We was a family of 4 in a family room. 1) I asked for extra pillows for the room as we wanted extra pillows. There was a belief of disgust of asking for an extra pillow. Even to the extent the staff member came to the room and said one pillow only per person. There was 2 adults 2 children and was only allowed one each. How ridiculous 2) We asked for an iron. As no one would answer the room phone. My wife physically went to reception 3 x times. On third occasion we was told there was no staff to bring an iron to our room. We asked if we can collect the iron from reception and the answer was NO. We had to bring our clothes from 2nd floor to the small iron room in the reception area. 3) The staff at Novotel are rude at reception and there tone is disgusting. 4) i enquired about hotel taxi to take us to the airport. I was told 30 euros for the 10 minute journey by reception staff in morning but just needed to confirm with my wife. When I returned in evening and went to book a taxi Novotel reception staff contacted a friend on WhatsApp physically on view and because collection time was at 4am he quoted 45 euro. We ended up booking an UBER for 25 euro. If you going to benefit yourself please be more suttle 5) The hotel itself needs a good clean. It smells of mould and damp in the corridors. Would not recommend this Novotel hotel

None of the power sockets worked in the room. As I was only staying one night I didn’t bother complaining. The staff in the bar were not at all concerned about serving customers they just wanted to carry on amongst themselves. If I’d been anywhere else I would have just walked out and would not consider booking Accor again unless it was a last resort. Just deplorable behaviour in front of customers. Appalling.

Just 5 kms from the airport and the airport is easily accessible through Uber or the shuttle service from the hotel. Staff was very gentle and helpful. Hotel had a small gym and swimming pool but we didn't had time to use these facilities.

The hotel was far beyond what I saw online—an absolutely fantastic experience! It is huge, beautifully maintained and packed with excellent facilities, including a complimentary swimming pool and gym for guests. The room and bedding were incredibly comfortable, the food was top-notch, and the professional, friendly staff had excellent English. The cleaning team kept the room and bathroom sparkling, while complimentary water and drinks were regularly replenished in the fridge. The location is superb—just about 12 minutes from CDG Airport (around £10 by Uber), roughly 20–35 minutes to attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Seine River and Champ de Mars, and conveniently accessible to Disneyland; Uber rides were generally affordable at around £25–£30, making family travel very convenient. The hotel also has a functional lift, parking, excellent security and is only about a 15-minute walk from AEROVILLE shopping mall. As a Google Guide, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families—I was so impressed that my friends have already started booking here based on my recommendation!

Beautiful hotel with nice decor. The atrium was an attraction for my kids. The swimming pool was great with varying level of depth, ideal for kids. The hotel has dinner options and there are few couple of restaurants within walking distance too. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Room was comfortable enough and only 10 mins from airport. Pool was a good edition when travelling with a child. However, staff were not overly friendly and no recognition of diamond status at check in. No welcome gift for diamond member and had to ask 4 different times about a late checkout before someone was able to look into it for me. Breakfast was great however I was not happy there was nowhere for us to redeem our welcome drinks during the day as the bar and restaurants were closed until 4:30 and that was past when I needed to get to the airport. I would probably try somewhere else next time.

Given the location of the hotel, we required assistance to get from the airport to hotel.Elise was rude, obnoxious, condescending, unhelpful and the worst receptionist we'd experienced on our entire European holiday. When we complained on check out about our treatment, the staff pretended to take notes. I told them I wanted an email confirmation of the complaint. Nothing.

We missed our flight, so we wanted to book something close but reasonable. This hotel accommodated our needs plus more. The kids were able to enjoy another night of pool fun and we ate good at the hotel's restaurant. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Not convenient to get there, I went to another Airport Novotel, which is more convenient though. not clean on the floor, the door is singing when you open it…you have to twist your body to plug in on the desk.

We ended our trip to Europe with a stay at this hotel and it was perfect. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable room. Excellent service. Pool for the kids to get out some energy pre-flight and workout room for us to do the same as adults. Our flight was delayed and they generously extended our checkout to 1pm. So grateful!

We needed a place to spend one night near the airport and Novotel was a good choice. We appreciated all the help to our questions during check in and check out, including help getting a taxi. Some minor areas for improvement in the room are to check the drains more regularly as our sink was clogged, to add sheets to the beds as we were often too warm with the blanket but too cold without it--just a simple sheet would have been perfect, and finally to add a door to the shower stall as the current setup causes water to get on the bathroom floor. Just some suggestions, otherwise a pleasant stay with helpful and pleasant staff.

Service at reception was good. Service in the restaurant was terrible, had to walk up to the staff who were standing at the door chatting. It was not busy.

Everything was going well until I tried to take a shower. I had a lot of trouble adjusting the water temperature, and while I was doing that I slipped and fell on my back. I thought I had broken at least one rib, but x-ray was negative. I was no longer fit to take my long anticipated cruise. The bottom of the tub is very slippery. The little dots provided little protection.
