I had a pleasant stay and the bus connection to the city is fantastic, you can use an app to buy a 2 EUR ticket. The staff is very friendly. I did not know you need a psychical credit card for the deposit, although it was already prepaid. I only have digital credit and debit cards on my phone and that did not work, in the end the friendly staff helped out and found a solution. Also the shuttle is too far from terminal 2F, but I took an Uber for 10 EUR extra. The swimming pool is open from 8-21, so for me no swimming, although I was looking forward to that. All in all a good stay and certainly recommend as an airport hotel at a good price

Amazing hospitality by Mr Monsur at reception. Great efficiency during check in and he was kind to ensure I get the room quite quick. Also good food at the hotel which gives great experience. Overall good experience and surely would be coming back again here.
