Aircons were not working. Could not sleep due to hot weather. Staff didn’t inform in advance of the malfunction of aircon. No kettle in the room.

hotel is well located just a few minutes from airport line connecting you to the terminals. It's just a 3-4 min walk. theres a carrefour located just right the corner and also a shop at the hotel. There are 2-3 restaurants there as well so no issue on that. only issue is the checkin line which was about 20-25 mins long with about 50 people ahead of you. It's a little surprising to see that. coming in tired this is not appreciated. Rooms were ok quite small but workable. no water only 2 paper cups. no tea kettle nothing. I understand the charge is for the location but hilton was offering a room at just 25 euros more. I would take that the next time.

The personnel was polite, smiling and very welcoming. The room was perfectly cleaned and sufficiently spacious to open my 2 large, and my small cabin luggage. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was abundant, good and fresh. The best part is that the hotel is accessible by the CDG Val and there is a Carrefour market nearby!

The room was very clean, plain, but had everything we needed. Very close to transportation to the airport. There was also a grocery store next to the hotel. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
