The room was basic but adequate for a one night stay before flying out the next day. It was very quiet which was important for sleeping. Having several food options available in the hotel was very convenient.

I arrive a 20h30, and more than 10 persons were waiting. It's the same problem every time I stay here, I waited 35 min standing, to get checked in, unacceptable when we book online.

Had checked in online before arriving at the hotel. Still had to wait, keys had to be issued, etc. which is a process slower than it should be. Could be streamlined. Wife observed the crew line barely budging in the time I had to wait to check in.
