The room was small but clean. Beds were OK. Very close to terminal 3 at CDG airport. Check in was fast and easy. They spoke English.

I had to wait for 15min to get my room key because of computer slowness at 1.30 am at night. I had performed the online check-in to avoid waiting time but my room key wasn't ready. Also I have received an invoice that I cannot use as the document has not been generated properly, so I need to contact the hotel again to get it. Stay was ok, but these things make the experience not seamless, quick or easy.

I have been a customer at Accor hotels for many years and am familiar with Ibis CDG after many visits. This time couldn't get my "free beverage". No voucher, I was supposed to get it on my phone but nobody at the hotel knew how. A bit silly for a bottle of water that costs the hotel about 1.5 Euro. A glass of wine is apparently not possible.. No big deal, everything else was fine and I can buy my own beverage.
