This property has the reliability and good standards of Ibis properties internationally that I have come to expect. The location is ideal if you need somewhere to rest before or after a long flight. The WiFi works well, for business travellers who may wish to get some work done. Also, the staff were very helpful and looked after my parcels, which arrived a few days before I arrived. They were able to offer late check out until 5pm, although I had housekeeping come check on me twice to ask when I was going to leave. However, overall, I had everything that I could have asked for on this stay, which allowed me to board my long flight to Malaysia in a calm and rested state of mind.

The room was basic but adequate for a one night stay before flying out the next day. It was very quiet which was important for sleeping. Having several food options available in the hotel was very convenient.

I arrive a 20h30, and more than 10 persons were waiting. It's the same problem every time I stay here, I waited 35 min standing, to get checked in, unacceptable when we book online.
