The Heartist Team is a true example of teamwork. The reception and housekeeping team were highly professional, and Ms. Amina, the floor supervisor, was exceptional. Thank you all for your outstanding efforts.

This is my 3 rd stay in this hotel. The staff although i cant recall her name( an arabic name) was very sweet and since i was an Accord silver member gave me an upgrade. Check in was easy as well as check out. The One minus i have been noticing for the second time is a foul smell in the bathroom, i guess something to do with the pipes running behind it. This is little disturbing. Probably next time stay at Ibis styles or Pullman which is very next to this Ibis hotel.
