They checked us in knowing the room had no air conditioning. It was over 80. No offer to change rooms. The whole place was very warm. No excuse for this kind of treatment. They should have given us 50% of our money back. Not enough staff for so many people checking in and the ones trying to change rooms which won’t give them a cooler one. Very dishonest of your hotel not to inform the guests the issue.

It was a bad experience. We checked in about11pm and the room was hot. When checked with reception they said aircond system is faulty for entire place and no option to change room at all. For the price we paid not even a bottle of water is given and was told is on Gf common area. when we went down to fill water around 12am, the dispenser is not working. A few guests have same problem too. There is no coffee nor tea provided and no kettle as well for us to make own drinks. It was a tiring nite and we had to open our window for fresh air and it was noisy. Didn't have good sleep at all! The price charged for a short nite sleep and no standard in room amenities is totally absurd!

My stay was comfortable amenities were good although tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been icing on the cake However ,the receptionist on our arrival was brusque and not very accommodating
