Small room and very small beds, they seem smaller than an American sized twin. A Man would have a hard time fitting on these twin beds. The room door only partially opened because the bed blocked the door. The rooms are clean and neat and actually very quiet considering you are right next to the airport

Only one tiny lift working so constant delays and queues to get up and down from room 2404. No stairwell in the vicinity. Two incredibly thin flimsy pillows on bed, no way to contact reception from phone in room so had to do the lengthy journey down and back to reception. Asked if I could have another pillow and was told ‘NO, there are no spare pillows in the hotel’ (a total lie as rooms were available for booking so hotel not full and was at 9pm, and like they don’t have any spare pillows I mean cmon….), and this is after the guy went to back office to ask his manager!!. The bed wasn’t made properly and sheet came off the mattress topper immediately, by the morning only one corner of the sheet was secured. Bedroom floor dirty and had hair on it. I had clean white socks that became brown and dirty after 5 mins in room. The shower head rail was broken so had to kneel down in shower to be under the water flow. At 7:58am A cleaner just unlocked the door and let herself in without any warning or knocking. I was naked after just getting out of shower. Questioned what she was doing and why didn’t knock - apparently she couldn’t understand a single word of English…I took a photo of her as proof if management want to see. Rude reception staff during checkout when I asked where to leave keycard, no surprise they didn’t bother asking me how my stay was. To be clear, not a single word was spoken by them, they just pointed at a box to leave room key. Charming. The mgmt clearly do not care. The bathrooms in reception are only accessible with room key so good luck trying to use them if you check out at 9am, have breakfast, and then go want to go to toilet.

The door did not lock, the lock was out of space and did not lock the door. The shower head was all twisted which made the shower impractical to use, unless I glued my body against the wall to wash my hair. Ac control did not have numbers, it was unclear the temperature settings in the room

The wakeup Service was not working . I asked at the front desk when I checked in to be waked up at 6.00 am and nobody called to wake me up. Also I payed for breakfast at the same time and did not get the voucher for it. Fortunately I still had my pay receipt with me.

Location good. Breakfast, good enough. Hadcan extremely rude security person staring at me, questioning me, AFTER I showed him my room key while sitting in the lobby. He was trying to intimidate me in some weird way. Beyond unprofessional behavior. For that reason, I won't be returning or recommending Ibis

Very comfortable and convenient to CDG. A good price. The air conditioner did not work but thankfully the room was not too hot. The main restaurant was not available but fortunately the second one was so we were able to find dinner.
