the reservation was made including breakfast but in the end 4 breakfast were not taken but still charged. I think this is not fair so would be glad if the hotel refund the amount related as long the service was not used.

My experience at IBIS is a standard one. I always receive what I expect. There are no surprises. What I do not like from Ibis is the reward system: it is not useful, points expires and award system from other hotel chains is better.

All good, clean, nice people! The breakfast was delicious, more than we were expecting. The room was organized, clean and everything is pretty new in the hotel. All the staff were very pleasant, we liked it a lot
