Acordei cerca de 2h d. manhã com calor e resolvi ligar o ar condicionado, vi que o mesmo não estava funcionando e acionei a recepção sobre, que me disse que iria verificar e me retornar. Após cerca de 10 minutos sem resposta, liguei novamente e fui informado que o ar do hotel havia sido configurado para apenas aquecer. Falei que estava com calor e aquilo era um ar condicionado e não um aquecedor pra não funcionar pra resfriar, mas fui informado que é assim que funciona e não podiam fazer nada sobre. Tive que dormir de janela aberta suando o restante d. noite porque o hotel, apesar de informar ter, não tem um ar condicionado que funcione.
