The breakfast is good and the room was clean. No gim was not a good surprise. The lacking of potable water was an issue, as well as the fact the hotel didn't send by e-mail, as promised, my receipt for the 2 weeks I stayed. I need it to run my expenses report.

Once arrived to the facility, it was informed that there is no spots available to park. Wasn't offered another option, up to the guest to find out another parking lot. Neatest was about 2 blocks away, and walking during the night from the parking lot to the hotel wasn't exactly safe.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were professional and courteous, and I really liked the room itself. The location is excellent, making it very convenient. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it seems the previous guest had smoked near the window, leaving some residue on the outside of the window frame, which was a bit surprising when I opened it. There was also a slight smell of smoke in the room, which was a little disappointing. I asked the front desk about changing rooms, but unfortunately, there were no vacancies. Even so, I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
