During that week, it was not a pleasant experience like other units that I have stayed at. They forgot trash inside the room, the bed linen was not replaced on any day of the week. I had an incident with liquid on the bed liner and that was for the 05 days of accommodation. In other sectors of the hotel, like the bar and restaurant, the experiences were great. The woman who prepared the drinks at the bar for me surprised me. Excellent job.

My bedroom wasn't clean at night that I arrived

I arrived between wendsday and friday, and my bedroom wasn't clean. I didn't have soap and the towel wasn't clean. But I was very tired. I just called the reception and said about this two things. The next night the room was exactly as I leaved. It is the first time that this happens in my experience with Ibis. I always go to Ibis in Salvador, Canoas, Macapá...

I choose Ibis Canoas Shopping hotel each time I visit the city because of its location, close to the Canoas shopping and some supermarkets. The hotel is in good conditions and the staff is friendly.

This ibis needs to be taken care, rooms, windows, toilets are not well cleaned. My room one day smelled like garlic for the whole night and i didnt eat or order food in the room. This ibis is not even close to other ibis hotels i have stayed. I like it has been forgotten.

The hotel is very modern, cozy and clean. The bedroom has a good size, extremely confortble bed, excellent shower, and good amenities. The only problem was that the A/C remote wasn't in the room so I could not control the temperature.

very bad restaurant (took 1 hour to serve very bad food), no blanket in the room, no English channels in tv, no ac remote.

It is a traditional hotel from Íbis. Excellent service, clean, and confortable rooms. Just for a business trip or a short Family visit. It is my second trip to Canoas City and the Íbis was the best option , uinless the restaurante it is very poor, without any alternatives we mus to go out to dinner.

It is a good option for short trips and good value for the money (even with the inflation due to the world cup). Accommodations are fine and people are very willing to help. Access to the Canoas shoping center is a high. It is located at a few minutes by taxi ( R$10,00) from the train station that takes to Porto Alegre downtown and to the airport and bus station.

A Business Hotel, which provides the necessary Services (breakfast, Internet, etc) at a reasonable Price. The location is not top (away from the City centre), but Shopping centre, super market and few Restaurants are Close.

Too much wait for me at check in and check out always.......We arrived tired and had to wait a lot to get at the room..... and ask me to wait lot more for check out.....And workers talking loudly waking up my wife early at morning....
