Minha experiência no Ibis Canoas deixou a desejar em diversos aspectos. Começando pelo café da manhã, que é bastante simples e repetitivo, variando entre dias com bolos extremamente secos — com textura de produto feito há dias — e pratos mal executados, como a linguiça acebolada que chegou crua em uma das manhãs. As opções quentes como dadinhos de tapioca, coxinha e bolinho de queijo estavam frequentemente frias e com textura borrachuda, sem qualquer crocância. Croissants secos e duros também comprometeram a experiência. A variedade de iogurtes pareceu exagerada e desnecessária, sendo que alguns sabores. O quarto, embora com padrão básico da rede Ibis, peca gravemente no isolamento acústico. Foi necessário entrar em contato com a recepção devido ao alto volume da TV no quarto vizinho, além de outras situações constrangedoras com barulhos noturnos que claramente vinham de "entretenimentos adultos" nos quartos ao redor. Isso comprometeu meu descanso e sensação de privacidade. Outro ponto negativo foi o frigobar vazio. Não faz sentido disponibilizá-lo no quarto sem sequer água mineral ou itens básicos. Além disso, senti falta de uma comunicação mais clara nos quartos sobre os serviços disponíveis no hotel, como jantar ou funcionamento do bar. Só descobri por acaso que havia essas opções, o que indica uma falha de divulgação. Infelizmente, a sensação é de um hotel com estrutura básica, mas com uma execução aquém do mínimo esperado, especialmente considerando o valor da diária. O custo-benefício não compensa.
